Serrano’s goal is to embrace and display traditional flavors as well as some “hidden gems” you’ve likely never tasted before. Using the best ingredients that are available we focus on making everything from scratch daily. In addition to hand-crafted corn tortillas and house-made salsas, we take great pride and extra time preparing our meats. We marinate our carne asada for over 24 hours and grill for a healthier lifestyle to offering our house crafted chorizo. But don’t take our word for it. Experience the tradition and sabor for yourself. Our family proudly welcomes you to Serrano’s!

This was out second visit to Serrano’s and we’ll be back again for sure! They were out of The Burro burrito (which is a must try) so we opted for the Quesabirria and it was divine. Cheesy and meaty with a flavorful dipping sauce, yum! The chimmi was delicious as well, and the housemade chorizo quest dip was amazing. The casual, clean atmosphere and friendly staff make this an easy choice for a good, family meal.

The classic Margarita was fabulous, our food was amazing. We had beef enchiladas, Mucha macho w grilled chicken and beef soup. (We wanted leftovers for our stay in an Airbnb. I usually hate refries.) These were amazing! We ordered a batch to go!!

I have been living off of tacos and trying to find a new great taco location as often as possible. This weekend i finally stopped in at the Serranos on Tudor and had a very delightful surprise when I ordered their chicken street tacos. The meat was deliciously seasoned and moist. We also got a side of chips and salsa that to munch on before the food arrived. I will be back to get these tacos again. The atmosphere was relaxing at the bar. The server was courteous and attentive, telling us about all the tequilas they have. If you’re looking for some top shelf tequila, this is the place to go.
Thanks!

Was definitely busy and a little slow but the staff was very friendly and the food and drinks were awesome! We hat the pork belly tacos and they were amazing as well as the house margaritas. Would definitely recommend this and the other location on Northern Lights.
I’d say the cucumber margaritas is worth a try amd the cubanos are huge and tasty. 🙂

First time eating here and the experience was excellent. We asked what was recommended and they told us the Serrano burrito is the most popular order. So we tried the burrito and some chips and salsa. Both tasted fresh and hot. Prices were fair with plenty of parking. Definitely will be going back and maybe get a chance to see you there.

Bad experience… asked for popcorn shrimp tacos. Got chicken and manager refused to acknowledge. Ended up paying for his hubris. Very rude. Smiled as he lied and I even bought a different entree. Never going back.

Yasso, here’s my experience with the 50% off taco Tuesday special at Serrano’s Mexican grill (tudor just east of lake Otis):
Upon arrival I looked for the 50% off special. Advertising, flags, banners, unicorns and clowns all announcing 50% off taco Tuesday. I found none of that. Upon entrance I looked for any signs of 50% off tacos on display and again nothing. So I went ahead and asked one of the two gentlemen behind the counter. He said yes I had the right place. I politely grinned and ordered three carne asada tacos to go. (Someone was behind me waiting their turn). At this point the gentleman behind the counter informed me that I could not order the special to go. Confused, I looked at him for a minute before I realize d it was an unannounced ploy to lure business into the establishment. (They want to FILL the parking lot and tables with shiny Happy people. In essence they want to use US as advertisement). Nothing at all wrong with that. Sound business practice. But the guy behind me didn’t get that. Upon hearing the conversation between me and the cashier, he complained “we can’t take our food to go?!” –Not understanding it was just for the special…
So I paid for my food with a card. It was 12 something, plus tip. I got one of those receipts with the tip space, (which is annoying but I always put in a little something thinking I might get a little something back…and that’s okay too; perfectly fine– it’s just human nature and I’m not going to apologize for that). He gave me a number, I collected silverware and my Coke and I sat down. Soon the gentleman behind the counter presented my meal in front of me. The beans looked a bit runny but I was hungry. I also noticed the carne asada look more like hamburger than carne asada. But I was hungry. I wolfed it all down before I realized, at the last bite, that the shells were greasy and not fantastic like they looked in the picture, AT ALL. The music was a bit loud but okay for my flavor. The food was okay. It was a bit pricey for a glorified fast food restaurant–even with the 50% off.
In a nutshell, it is no Taco King.

All the food was excellent. The specials are fantastic, and we also came back for some fajita burritos and “regular” dinners and it didn’t disappoint. They have some good marinated pork belly and carnitas, that’s for sure! All with fresh-made tortillas, the best refritos I’ve ever eaten, as well as tasty scratch marg’s
