Food was very delicious! Seemed to come out timely and was one of the best poco pollos I’ve had. Honestly pricing wasn’t the best, I spent $50 (after tip) for 2 dinners and a Pepsi. Our waiter was not very attentive but overall a great experience

We had a great first time visit to Serrano’s. The service from Belen was perfect, lots of menu recommendations and always on top of our refills and needs. The food was the perfect comfort food, hitting all the points you crave, plus the complimentary chips, salsa, and bean dip were great accoutrements. The atmosphere was very inviting and clean. Overall, we enjoyed everything and will definitely be back!

Kevin is the best waiter. He is attentive, personable and always has a smile. He anticipates our requests before we even ask. i.e. refills on drinks etc. The food is great and we enjoy their happy hour meals and drinks.

Came in. They seemed understaffed but the wait wasn’t long. Our server Belen was phenomenal. Belen was soft spoken, was handling all the tables with grace and a smile. Our drinks never ran out. Checked on us multiple times to make sure we were good. Wonderful service. Great food.

I love this place. I’m never disappointed! Been a few years since I’ve been here but still just as good. Great food, great service every time. And I love, absolutely love there bean dip you get with your chips and salsa. Chips, salsa and dip are a great free perk. Love it. I forgot to take pictures but next time. We were having a terrible day when we decided to stop here for dinner. Our waitress, Belen was the best server I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. She was so attentive to our needs and even let me know that people often complain about the meal I ordered and offered an alternative option (I ordered it anyway and liked it). We will visit here again when in Mesa because of this experience.

Went on 10/14/25 and our server was Bellen. She was AMAZING! One of the best servers I’ve had in a very long time! She kept everything refilled and went out of her way to make our son feel extra special since we were celebrating his bday. The food was great too, but the service made our meal!!

If you like Tex Mex, this is the place for you! Great margaritas, Manny was a fantastic server. Not much true authentic Mexican food, but it was yummy and I loved the chunky salsa. Predictable and solid meal! Also, the happy hour prices are outstanding!

We walked in as a party of 10 (6 adults, 4 children). We were told 30 minutes to wait. We waited 75 minutes. Never once did the hostesses or manager come over to us to let us know “sorry for the wait” or “here are some chips while you wait”, “here are some sopapillas for our mess up”. But instead they set our table and we requested to sit at it so our kids could color and we were told no. We basically begged and were told “fine we can sit you, but no chips are allowed”. Awful customer service. I worked here for 4 years ’99-03 and the Serrano family would be embarrassed at how the staff of 2025 treat customers. Avoid this location.

This place is amazing. The food is good, but on top of that, the staff are fabulous!! They treat you like family. The hostesses at the front are always so friendly. Luis and Peyton are the best and really make sure you are taken care of and ensure you feel at home. We frequent this location and highly recommend it here.
