Great local pub/bar in the heart of downtown Westminster. Tried the buffalo chicken dip, the chicken cheese steak, and the Nashville hot chicken sandwich, all were very tasty. Good portions and reasonable prices. The dining room is off to the side which really cuts down on the noise from the bar. Would recommend checking out

Drinks are phenominal! I had the Salted Carmel White Russian and the Camden Crush. Everything was so delicious! The Neptune shrimp and crab cake wrap. 5 stars! A highly recommend Serra on Main.

We had a great family dinner tonight. We were greeted by Kay who is very nice and came by to see how we were doing. The waitress Melony was very attentive and nice. Our appetizers: cauliflower wings, crab dip and zucchini sticks were a delicious start. Our dinners: salmon, Cobb salads, were great portions as well as delicious! It was a Saturday night and happy hour was til 8 pm. We will be back!

This sportsbar has table and bar seating with counter and high top tables. It was a good spot to stop at for a mid day meal. Service was quick, we were in and out in an hour. The waiter was friendly. The soup was heavy for half and half and could have been hotter. The homemade chips were a let down, some crispy fresh while others were not so. Ask for extra napkins if eating the chicken Chesapeake sandwich. This is a hearty sandwich that can be eaten with a fork and knife. Over all it’s a good place for bar food.

Was told by server crab dip was great. It was a bowl of mayonnaise with old bay. Did not find one piece of crab in this soup. The server was nice but proclaimed how good everything was. The food was just ok. A place to go with a friend, have a beer, and watch a game. Local dive, better food near by.

UPDATE 2/23/26….

This used to be one of our favorite go-to spots in town. This most recent visit was VERY DISAPPOINTING.

Unfortunately, almost everything went wrong.

Our food order was incorrect; The side salad was completely forgotten, and we only received it after reminding the server. It was busy, so it’s understandable. The issues seemed to have stemmed from the back of house.

The cheesesteak came with mushrooms even though we specifically asked for none. The french fries tasted like they had been refried over and over again — overly dark, hard, and barely edible. The shrimp wrap was confusing — half of it was warm and the other half was cold, and we genuinely couldn’t tell if it was supposed to be a hot sandwich or a cold wrap.

Even the drinks, which are usually a highlight because you can actually taste the alcohol, missed the mark. They were overly sweet this time, to the point where they tasted more like syrup than cocktails.

It’s really disappointing to say this about a place we once loved, but after this experience, we won’t be returning.

This location is always such a great experience. The service is consistently attentive, and the staff make us feel welcome every time we visit. The cocktails are well-made and enjoyable, and the food has been very good.

We also love the friendly atmosphere—it’s inviting, comfortable, and makes dining here enjoyable whether it’s a quick meal or a longer night out. We’ve visited often and, hopefully, this will continue to be a spot we can always count on for good food, good drinks, and great service.

We had a wonderful experience.
First time here since it was Raffs originally.
This place is considered a sports bar now. I didn’t sense that, but was told by the friendly Mgr.
Skeptical when we walked in to an empty place on a Friday eve with other local places having a 45 min wait. Saw Yelp reviews rated only a 3.0… Shame on that.
Great service , Wonderful and attentive bar tenders, food was on point. Hub and I both got the Ahi Tuna dinner with rice and broccoli . I would recommend this if you enjoy Ahi. Hub very pleased as well. Price point is fare and not over priced. I had 2 titos w/cranberry ($13.50) and hub had 3 Dogfish beers (22 ounces) $30 Normally cocktails are min. elsewhere $12-$14. we appreciated these prices. I can’t tell you the last time we checked out at $75. for a nice evening of dinner and drinks.
Ambiance was good, musician playing was wonderful and not too loud for conversation.
I would defiantly recommend this place and return.

The buffalo chicken dip was disappointing. It came out watery, with cubed chicken, and it was served cold. The presentation wasn’t appealing either. Definitely not what I was expecting. Thankfully there were other appealing options.

First time here since it switched owners from Rafs. It was 7pm on a Saturday night & was pretty busy. Waitresses were very nice, food was good & atmosphere was nice & clean. Good vibes all around.

When we ordered, we were told the kitchen was on a bit of a wait (erroring on the side of caution). Food took 20 minutes which wasn’t long at all. Our wing appetizer came out after our sandwiches & I did see a couple of people come to the bar from their tables for drink refills so I could tell they are still ironing out some small hurdles with staffing but overall, it was a nice dining experience at very reasonable prices which is nice to see. We had 3 bar drinks, wings & 2 sandwiches for under $50.

My only complaint was that they do not have sweet potato fries & this was one of our favorites at Rafs.

Pictured: Old Bay Honey Boneless Wings, Colton’s Chicken Chesapeake Sandwich & the Serra Burrito (1/2 of it bc my hubby ate it before I could get a picture). The chicken sandwich had a strong grill flavor from the grill lines (I know some people don’t like that) but the crab dip on top was really good. Big pieces of crab in it. We will be back!

This restaurant is awesome. The food is great with a huge selection and lower-priced than most similar restaurants. The atmosphere is unique with a modern bar area, a separate room if privacy is sought, and the neatest outdoor area in back. There is a covered outdoor bar and many outdoor tables with a privacy fence. It is quiet and
makes you feel like you are in a tropical venue. Their nachos, for example, have real cheese on top, not a cheese-flavored sauce like many restaurants, and chicken is included, not an extra charge. My friends and I have loved every menu item we have ordered on each visit. They even have live music certain weekends. The wait staff is outstanding.
