Amazingly fast and super friendly service. The food is also always spot on. I really enjoyed the Monte Cristo today!

Nice place with good service but the food was hit and miss. We were told it’s made fresh daily so never tastes the same… I ordered the fish sandwich special with Cole slaw and it came with a drink which was nice. Sandwich was good but the Cole slaw was so bland I didn’t even bother with another bite after the first. My wife ordered the chicken and dumplings and enjoyed it. We were surprised to see the mound of mashed potatoes underneath the chicken and dumplings. It helped exaggerate the amount of chicken and dumplings you get on the plate. Not sure if we would go back with inconsistent tasting food.

We ordered breakfast this morning when we got the only edible looking thing was the pancakes. I called and spoke to a manger who was very rude about the whole thing refused a refund almost refused to re make the food. I was told to never come back and never order from there again all because I asked for a refund and complained about the food. She also tried to say I was just mad about the price which it was $52 that is ridiculous for what we got but if I was that upset I simply wouldn’t have paid and got the food. No one was mad about the price I was mad about the look of my food. When I asked for an owner the lady refused and said she would have him give me a call to which I never received one. This place used to be very good but I do not recommend anymore.

Enjoyed our visit. Definitely an interesting setting and vibe to the place.

Service was good and very cool old school daily specials in writing.

My partner ordered the pork chops and I had a taste, very tasty.

The catfish were perfectly breaded and presented. Will definitely be back for another round.

The only disappointing component to our meal was the rush we felt as they closed at 9:00 pm. We arrived a bit after 8 but soon after the entire restaurant was in close up mode. Would recommend getting there way before unless vacuums, mops and chairs on tables not a distraction.

Good food for the price. Definitely give Sero’s a stop in.

I’ve been a regular. Today, my food wasn’t prepared how I ordered it. It was overcooked. My waitress never came back and asked if everything was okay. When I went to pay, the young man at the register didn’t ask how my experience was. Nobody seemed to care. They seemed to take me and my money for granted. I won’t be back. I’m sure Sero’s will be fine without my business and I’ll be fine spending my money where customer service is still valued.

I was driving through Cumberland on HWY 40 and drove past a sign that read SEROS Family Dining – Breakfast – Lunch – Dinner…… I came back the very next day to find out if this place was what I thought it was? Indeed it was, the entire place reminded me of diners back home in Brooklyn and Queens, NY. The breakfast was amazing , I had the grilled pork chops and eggs, my wife had the Capri Scrambler. The portions of food are HUGE! Let me tell you , we will be back, can’t wait to try the dinner menu!!! I highly recommend. I’m a little less homesick…..

Family diner where the owners are on premise and working hard! Staff were upbeat & friendly- often calling their regular customers by first name. The food was fresh, well prepared, and generously portioned. We love supporting local and happy we found this establishment!
