I had a fantastic experience thanks to Drake! He’s not the manager, but you’d think he was with the way he took care of us. He was cutting the meat and walked me through the different brisket slices, explaining everything clearly and patiently. He even gave me samples, which absolutely got my attention — outstanding customer service.
Drake was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to care that we left happy. That kind of service is rare these days. He deserves six stars if I could give them. Thanks a million, Drake — from Martin. Give this man a raise!

Great food. Home cooked BBQ like when we were kids. We walked in ordered food, and it was ready served by the time we paid. The guys were super friendly, answered all questions without a beat and smiled the whole time. And the view from the terrace you can sit and eat after ordering food is to die for.
Definitely will be back!

You better like BBQ smoke smell because it permeated the entire restaurant in a delicious way! The pinto beans, cheesy potatoes and pulled pork were awesome, our brisket was a bit fatty and a bit chewy the evening we were there. The price was very reasonable compared to the quantity of food. Only 2 BBQ sauces but they tasted great. Overall a pleasant experience.

I ordered the Texas Taco today with an upgrade to brisket. Brisket was fairly good and cherry chipotle sauce made it better. What really bugged me was they have shrunk the tortilla to where it only covers half of the taco. Makes it hard to eat as meat keeps falling out and making a mess. Considering that the price has gone up so much this year, you would think they don’t need to keep shrinking the size of the tortilla.
This used to be my favorite BBQ joint locally when they first opened. Now they are only number two when it comes to BBQ. Sadly the quality has gone down in the past three or four years. Meats tend to be dried out. Have never liked their sauce–its runny and not much flavor, but the cherry chipotle is great as a substitute.
Staff was friendly and accommodating as usual. They do a consistently good job of selecting good employees.

People tend to go on here to leave bad reviews so I try to leave a good one if I feel like they deserve it. My google review standard is 4.6 or higher means you are probably getting a pretty dang good meal. I’d put these guys in the 4.6-4.7 range which is a great place to be on my scale.
Turkey sandwich was awesome. Can’t complain about that thing at all. Mac n cheese was like the poster child for creamy Mac.
Sauces are thin but tons of flavor. Can’t be mad about them at all. Definitely would come back for more.

Had a sampler platter and the bbq is some of the best in the area. The brisket is definitely the best in Colorado, not dry at all, very well done. Sausage and ribs were also very good. Great selection of drinks, love the onions/pickles/white bread, and the sides were decent. The view from the back patio is also outstanding.

Not a fan. My first time there. Beans tasted canned and coleslaw had no flavor. BBQ sauce kind of flavorless too. The turkey and brisket i ordered was very tender but not much flavor. I won’t be back.

Beef brisket absolutely disgusting!! I tried calling 3 separate time’s and nobody picked the phone up once!!!
My wife and I ordered each our own to go meals and had it door dashed.
I ordered 2 meat, one brisket and the other pulled pork with beans & Mac and Cheese. My plate was fine. My wife’s plate on the other hand was completely the opposite.
She ordered 1 meat which was brisket along with cheesy potatoes and coleslaw. The brisket WAS ALL FAT, all of it, it was so gross. She couldn’t eat one bite of it. The cheesy potatoes were awful and the coleslaw bone dry & flavorless. She couldn’t have been more disgusted.

The meat is fantastic. Delicious and well barbequed. The sides are meh. I gave 5 stars instead of 4 despite the bland sides because we don’t have many good BBQ places in Loveland.

Loved it! 1st time here and the staff was very helpful. We ordered the sampler to share and really enjoyed everything BUT especially enjoyed the turkey and we are not turkey eaters! The patio has a great view and was very relaxing. The only small thing was a hint of too much smoke for my preference on the ribs. Other than that this place is SERIOUSLY great!
