Amazing pulled pork! Prices are a little high however you get a decent amount of meat. Many options – Worth every penny! * I enjoyed looking at the many photo’s on the walls of ‘famous’ people who have eaten there. . I recommend!

Ribs were good.
Brisket wasn’t bad.
Sausage was good.
Turkey was really good.
Not sure about the pulled pork, just noticed they forgot it. That’s the one thing I was really looking forward to! The whole reason why I went and got bbq.
The cheesy potatoes were really good! Probably the best thing I got! The mac and cheese was really good too. Really cheesy!

By far my absolute favorite barbecue place. The food is amazing. Every item I’ve ever tried is flavorful and the portions generous.
The staff is friendly and quick.
The facility is clean and can accommodate a crowd.
Celiac peeps, there are so many delicious options here! The staff are also great about changing gloves and taking precautions against CC at every location that I’ve been to.

My mother and I ate there 3.8.2021. They are always so nice and attentive. The food was amazing! (It always is). Portions are big. Very careful because of covid. They have the best sausage (Elgin) of any place I’ve ever been. Lots of little gourmet add ins on the menu, that I’d never noticed before. Great experience.

We are new to the area and were craving something other than burgers and this place is a hidden gem. The portions were huge and well worth it. The kid that took our order noticed we had dogs in the car and asked if we would like scraps for them, they were not what I would call “scraps” and our dogs ate as well as we did. This is most definitely my new favorite place to go.

BBQ can be such an individualistic experience. So many preferences and nuances to seasoning, preparation and choice of meats much less the seemingly infinite variations of sauce.
STBBQ is a great place to savor yet another perspective of the flavor of the world of BBQ.
I tried all of their meats and every one was delicious. All were moist, tender and seasoned well. Their various sauces were very creative and wholly satisfying. I would make a trip to Durango just to eat there again.
