Went to lunch with my kids. I ordered the lunch special 1/2 a sandwich and soup. Order the chicken soup and the half sandwich of chicken salad. The chicken soup is always so good but the chicken salad was not what I expected. The bread that they use was nice because it was crunchy. My kids had the ropa vieja and the arroz imperial. The arroz imperial was yummy, but room temperature (I do like my food extra hot). Overall, this place is always good. The server we had was not too friendly.

I had a good experience at Sergio’s Cuban Restaurant during Sunday brunch! The place was buzzing with energy, packed with people enjoying the lively atmosphere. Our server was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The food was good—I wasn’t disappointed at all! We ordered Cuban coffee, orange juice, Sergio’s Benedict eggs, churrasco, and iced coffee, and everything was bursting with flavor. The only minor downside was that the churrasco portion was a bit small. A real highlight was the robot server delivering food straight to our table—what a fun and unique touch! I’d definitely recommend Sergio’s for a tasty and memorable meal.

I had the absolute worst experience at this Sergio’s restaurant location. I went with my fiancé today and waited for a while to be sat which was understandable because it was a busy day. We were still determined to have a good time despite the fact that one of the workers dropped a tray of glass utensils and got shards of glass all over my legs since I was wearing a short dress. When we got sat our server Melissa took her sweet time to even check on us and when she finally decided to come all she said was “Ready?” with nothing but attitude and we hadn’t even interacted with her. Not a good morning or a slight smile or introduction or a short apology for the wait time and the fact that she was helping every table next to us. She had the rudest demeanor and we had to ask for absolutely everything instead of her bringing it or simply asking what we needed (utensils, plates, water). She didn’t bother to check in on us at all or smile in the slightest. I don’t understand why food service places hire RUDE people that are supposed to be the representation of the restaurant and be welcoming and nice. The food was not remarkable at all. I got eggs Benedict and the hollandaise sauce was practically curry mustard. Absolutely disappointed with the food and service. I’m usually not the type of person to ever write negative reviews but this was truly a horrible experience. Sergio’s is a well-known Miami staple and should definitely reconsider who they’ve hired.

I went to Sergio’s with my wife and everything was wonderful from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, perfect for a relaxed night out as a couple.
The piña coladas were incredible—smooth, well-balanced, and honestly some of the best we’ve had. What truly made the experience stand out was the service from the bartender, Nadir. He was attentive, friendly, and clearly knows his craft. Every drink he made was top-tier and perfectly prepared.
Between the great vibe, amazing cocktails, and outstanding service, this is definitely a place we’ll be coming back to. Highly recommended

Went to Sergio’s back to the 1970’s menu. AMAZING! $1.39 fritas which were incredible, $3 pan con bistec, best sandwich ever BTW. Incredible night! Took kids and family out for a total of $40 and we ate like pigs!! So yummy!! Amazing night! Had a great night kids ate 2 fritas each! Wonderful service and atmosphere!

I would like to leave a review for Nadir because he truly deserves it. From the moment we arrived, he was very attentive, friendly, and professional. He was always checking on our table, explained the menu clearly, and made us feel comfortable the entire time. The service was fast, with a great attitude and a constant smile. You can tell he enjoys his job and really cares about customer service. Thanks to him, the experience was excellent. Highly recommended!
