To me lately food sucks ! it used to be so good hot and fresh .we ordered large pie last night it looked over cooked and it wasn’t hot or fresh we ordered 20 wings we only got 13, and the wings were over cooked as well favor was off also. To me personally their food has been going down hill for a while. Sorry to say I wont be ordering here anymore and it suckscause we used to really enjoy their pizza .

I’ve had to think about how to do up this review and to what I would score it, not just based on them but to not base it off other places, but it’s tough to compete with other places and still stand/grade on its own. Firstly..I heard about it because someone posted on a Bristol Talks page about them catering a party and how great the food was and the portions they got. I’m sure it was…maybe it wasn’t the same cook..maybe it was and Sundays are different..I really don’t know. This was my first time here.

Parking – Located on Stafford Avenue, depending on the direction you’re driving, you have to pass the sign and go in the next driveway. There’s plenty of parking…if the other stores in it aren’t too busy. Small curb, but there is a ramp as well so if you need to get in via wheelchair, you can.

Food – I got a Sausage and Pepper dinner over ziti. You got a small salad with dressing; which is same size as everyone else gives..you got a pretty good size meal but couple issues…WHEN comping to all the other establishments in the area. 1) Bread..as you can see in the picture, the garlic bread was literally the size of 2 bites and it was gone..so no dunking in the sauce unlike Empire, Max, etc where you get a huge slice of garlic bread. 2) The sauce..when I was finished with the meal (to go), it had a ton of water meaning that the sauce they use..gets watered down at some point, as opposed to using sauce. (Again..I want sauce with pasta and bread to dip it in..that’s the whole experience of getting a pasta).

Service – Guy behind the counter was easy to talk to when ordering, brought the food out when it was finished.

Will I go back again? Prices were reasonable..there’s no doubt it about it. But they were pretty much the same as the other places in Bristol, Plainville, Southington, etc. I’d honestly give them another chance…but will I go out of my way? Sadly…no. There’s just so many other places to choose from in the area that to me anyway that hit a triple or a HR. On a 1-5…I’d say 3.8.

Ordered a few times and more than once they have told me that they forgot to write my order down and never made the food. After calling, the owner refused to make it right all he did was tell me “I make so many pizzas that whenever people ask me how much the pizza is I know they are not serious so I don’t even write the order down.” Then proceed to swear at me. Worst customer service I have ever had. Incredibly unprofessional.

I picked up a medium pepperoni pizza from Sergios and it was amazing. Tasted so fresh. The crust was light, but still had that satisfying crunch sound to it.

They updated their menu too! Loads of options to choose from.

The service is always good. They are so friendly there.

Highly recommend!

Pizza is very good but I can only afford the cheese. That being said, staff is always polite and I always take it to go. I’ve only had the pizza but that’s all I ever need and they do a great job in my opinion.

Just stopped for a 2 slices no one in the place . The person who took my order was just sitting at a table when I came in. I asked for 2 pepperoni slices and he vanished around to the back came out about 10 minutes later with slices in a box never saw them until after I paid and left. They were some on the worst pizza I have had way to much cheese couldn’t taste the sauce and way over cooked. I will not be going back!!
