I have gotten take out twice now from them and both times were great. Food looks and taste great. Only I’d improve would be the second time it said my food was ready but it wasn’t done yet and that is probably on the service used for take outs side.

I called in my order and was very specific of what I wanted. When we picked it up the girl at the counter argued about the number of tacos we wanted. It was short a steak taco. Don’t you want to sell more?? Then when we got home the tacos were not made with the right ingredients. I wouldn’t recommend this place. It’s the last time I’ll give them my business.

My wife being bedridden I ordered 3 items online. When they arrived the bag clearly indicated my order, but inside was the wrong order – and it was cold. I called the restaurant and told them. One hour and a half later I called a second time to be informed they wanted me to come to their restaurant with the wrong food. The blamed the delivery service even though they had sealed and labeled my ticket to the wrong food bag. I said I could not leave my wife alone, she being on hospice. The person said they could not do anything about it. They do not deliver. Well never ever again. Lost customer and so disappointed they blamed others for their apparent mistake.

El Jaliscos is a far better experience and their food is way better and it’s right down the road. Between the bad service, their problems with roaches, the quality of the food and the prices, I would really only recommend Sergios if you only wanted a margarita.

walked in didn’t get any interaction from our waiter. in 12 minutes after sitting down they didn’t ask for our drinks or bring us chips. other people who came in after us got drinks and chips right away. I would say the service is really hit or miss and don’t recommend going when El Jaliscos is right down the road.

The food was okay. We waited to be seated until one of two workers got off their phones – if the manager didn’t come by to motivate them, I’m not sure they would have been as quick. Once we got our food, the server let me reach for the hot plate, not telling me that it is hot. After I grabbed it and dropped it on the table, the server laughed at me. We had to grab our own silverware after he left to the back room.
The servers just couldn’t care any less to wait their tables and have incredibly disrespectful and poor service. I used to have a high opinion of Sergio’s, but I don’t think I’ll visit this location again

Me and my family just went hear tonight and I and my sister in law bills were 33 Dollar and some change we get home and both are cards were charged an extra 10 dollars for no reason at all I will never go back my husband works hard for are family and my sister is disabled and lives on low income so to charge a family setting at same table order the same thing and charge both 10 dollars more than what the bills were is just down right wrong not to add to it the man was rude and I was looking at the menu and was rushed to give it back as so was my family I hope people like them learn respect and patience because that 8 customers u just lost
