I travel often to Driggs and Victor, idaho and Sergios Mexican Restaurant its the new place to go, its usually packed because food quality, so plan your dinner and give them time, i promise you won’t regret it, im so fan of their Carne Asada plate , the salsa and chips to start are bomb including their cabbage to add on, beers are always cold Sergio the owner its super cool guy, Stephanie our Server for the day she was amazing we actually came back a couple of times and ask for her amazing service be Patient

This is easily the best restaurant ive been to in years. All of the staff look genuinely happy to be there, and the quality of the food reflects that too. You know when you can taste that something is made with love? That’s the feeling I’ve had every time I visit, no matter what i get. Let me start by saying that I owned and operated a restaurant in this area for six years, and I am thoroughly impressed with Sergio’s!
I loved the old space, but oh my gosh—Sergio and his team did an incredible job renovating the new location and creating an atmosphere that perfectly reflects the bold, authentic flavors of their food. I will definitely be coming back!
Their salsa? AMAZING!
We ordered the appetizer sampler, and I went with the chicken fajita burrito—absolute perfection. I think this will be a new staple favorite for me! Every bite was packed with flavor and absolutely delicious.
Sergio’s is a must-visit for locals and tourists! Their new dining room is huge!

The food here was fantastic. The salsas were great, the tortillas were amazing, and the veggies were fresh. Great service and atmosphere. However, we were staying in the hotel next door and they did keep us awake with loud music one night. It sounded like a fun party, but we had to travel early the next day, so we were not too happy about it.

We were visiting friends in Driggs for the New Year holiday. They took us to Sergios for dinner. It was amazing!! I’ve never had cabbage salsa before and I love it!! All of the food was delicious, huge portions and great service. Very impressed.

I ordered a combination plate with an enchilada and a chile relleno, and I have to say — this restaurant in Victor is by far the best authentic Mexican restaurant you’ll find in Eastern Idaho. The flavors were rich and truly traditional, the portions were generous, and everything tasted freshly made. If you’re looking for real, authentic Mexican food, this place is unmatched.

Gave this place a second change.. absolutely awful!!!! The quality of the products they use is very low grade! They put french fries in my burrito instead of potatos. Hopefully I can share a picture. Ohhh and also charged me full price after one bite.. dry with zero flavor

Sergio’s is the BEST Mexican restaurant in the area. Besides their large menu selection, the food quality, service and turn around time are top notch. My husband and I love to do the steak fajitas for two. The cabbage salsa is the best I’ve had. I recently just went for my birthday and as soon as we walked in Sergio greeted us, asked how our family is (he does this with all his customers, he has built genuine relationships in our community, he’s wonderful), remembers what our favorites are. I tried to sneak out before they sang happy birthday but he caught us as we were leaving and had us sit back down. I am so glad we did! The cake was so delicious! It was a spice cake with caramelized sugar on the bottom and whip cream and caramel drizzle on top. We always have a great time when we go, you always feel like family and have never had a bad meal.

For starters, Sergio’s Restaurant is pretty much another Agave only with a few more added dishes. It’s good if you are American, but I don’t taste the “authenticity” and it’s not entirely Mexican….more of a Texmex.(that’s just preference though)
I’m not sure if I got unlucky, but I got a dirty cup. Ordered a Pepsi and since it’s a dark drink I didn’t realize it was dirty until It was halfway.

I understand good customer service is a must when attending to one’s tables, but please pay attention to everyone else too…not just the people you’re getting your tip from. A server put a dirty plate on our table while we were eating so they could take someone else’s order. Not too much of a big deal, but it doesn’t show good restaurante staff etiquette.
