Great burgers, great vibe, and solid value!
Stopped by Sergeant Burger in Lowell and was really impressed. The burger was juicy, perfectly cooked, and packed with flavor—the bacon was crispy, the toppings were fresh, and the bun held everything together just right. The fries were hot, golden, and not greasy at all.
Service was fast and friendly, and the place has a cool, casual atmosphere that makes it perfect for a quick bite or a relaxed meal. It’s also great to know they have a location at Burlington Mall, which makes it super convenient when you’re shopping or in the area.
If you’re in Lowell or Burlington and craving a legit burger, this place is absolutely worth it. I’ll definitely be back!
The service is fast-casual: you order at the counter, find a seat, and wait for your order number to be called. The prices have actually gotten better since the grand opening, which is a nice surprise. They offer some great upgrades to your meal, including a choice of fries, onion rings, and you can also swap your drink for an Italian soda.
Parking is plentiful, so no need to worry about finding a spot. As for the service, it was fairly neutral. The counter person didn’t greet us upon arrival and stood there until we were ready to make our choices, but I think this might just be a personality quirk rather than an issue with the service as a whole.
The food temperature could’ve been a bit warmer, though it’s possible that we weren’t served right when it came out. It didn’t detract too much from the overall experience, but it’s something worth noting.
The burger itself was a highlight, the patty was well-seasoned, and the toppings were fresh, which made for a delicious bite. The buns were toasted nicely, though they were a bit light on the sauce, which could have added a bit more flavor to the burger.
One odd thing I noticed was that the bathroom locks were mislabeled. The sign said “unlocked,” but the door was actually locked. It wasn’t a huge issue, just a little confusing.
Overall, it’s a solid spot for a quick, tasty burger.
Paid 22 bucks for the combo. If you compare it to say a five guys or shake shack. Quality of the meat patty is good but the combo comes with this medium size drink and you finish the drink during mid meal and they don’t do refills (haha).
For what I paid. I would probably go to Dave’s hot chicken or five guys burger which is down the street. If I come back. I’d just order a burger to go. Not worth eating in.
If you’re Brazilian (or just love great burgers), this spot in Lowell is definitely worth checking out at least once.
As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the staff who welcomed me with smiles and a helpful attitude. I ordered the “Sergent Burger” with Fries and an Italian soda. The Sergent Burger (Beef Patty, Queso de Freir, Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato, Pickles, Onion & Sergeant Sauce) was a fantastic “Smash” style pattie which was crispy and juicy. My favorite part was the Queso de Frier, a Dominican cheese which is thick and tasty. The rest of the burger was well balanced with fresh toppings and sauce. The fries are straw cut which are superior in my opinion, and were perfectly salted. The Italian soda was flavorful and refreshing. One of the employees told me they could make it to my specifications if it was too sweet or not sweet enough, but it was perfect. The restaurant itself is very well maintained with a Rock&Roll theme and a great sound system that was playing classic songs we all know and love (at a reasonable volume). I would highly suggest stopping by for take out or to dine in with friends and family!
Food was amazing and most importantly they support our troops. Mother-daughter owned 10/10 highly recommended if you are or live in the area.
