Everything was fantastic! We came on a Wednesday for lunch and the server was wonderful, and so was the owner. We did the $42 holiday tea which came with two tea pots, soup, a glass of bubbles, and the beautiful scones, finger sandwiches and scones tray. We stayed for about two hours and chatted, drank tea and had some wine. It’s an adorable setting, reminds you of a quant cottage house in Ireland (the owner is from Dublin). I loved the ambiance and the holiday decorations, I will be back! What a pleasant afternoon!

Just went here for a birthday lunch with friends. This is such a cute place and we had our own room to sit in (Royal Room). Love that it is a local woman owned business.

The service was amazing and the owner and server were so friendly! I had the Pineapple Coconut Black tea and it was delightful! The tomato basil soup with the quiche was also amazing!

I will be recommending this to anyone looking for a cute tea spot or party and will definitely be back!

Had a great experience at the tea house back in May 2025. We were greeted right away we also had a table reserved prior to arrival. I had never been to a tea house before this experience felt very elegant for sure and wanted to dress the part it’s optional of course. Lots of really cool vintage decorative pieces as well I noticed that makes the experience even more enjoyable. We were services Champagne before our food arrived very nice touch. Soup was served first my sister and I got 2 different types of soups both were amazing. The finger sandwich’s were my favorite they served 3 different types to me they all were amazing. There are a wide selection of teas I got the Hibiscus tea. The tea comes in an actual tea pot wrapped in a cloth to keep it warm for longer period of time. It was my son’s first time trying tea and he loved it. Desert was scones and some chocolates at the top you can see in photo. They also have fancy hats you can wear to make the experience more fun. No issue with parking. Also there’s a cute accessory store right next door. Service was 10/10 definitely would come back if I’m in the area we also go to meet the owner of the tea house as well.

Came here with my mom this afternoon for lunch/tea cause we are visiting florida for the week and wanted to go somewhere cutesy like this but there were none in the area besides this place! Such a gem we found, tea was so good, our waitress was very patient and just overall great, the owner was kind and smiley, and the place was the perfect place to go! The finger sandwiches were very refreshing, the clotted cream was sweet and great with the scones! The Tomato bisque was so so yummy, my mom got the sweet potato soup and that was also amazing, great flavors, perfect texture and spices. I had the Cinnamon Orange Tea, so yummy by the way! Such a cute place! So glad to have found it.

Lovely place, me and friends enjoyed our time here! When communicating with the owner Audrey.. it’s similar to communicating with a sixth grader or younger. She can handle simple communication but if you ask for further clarification she repeats herself with the same answer, so you end up going around in circles with her. Example: my group of 10, two people in the group wanted bottomless mimosas. On the website and menu its states $22 per guest with bottomless mimosas. Audrey said everyone in the group would need to buy this service. I mentioned not everyone wants to. Audrey said she cannot offer the two guests the bottomless mimosas. I asked her why in multiple emails back and forth. Her response again was “sorry I cannot do” etc. I asked for clarification again and she absolutely could NOT give me an answer. We went in circles with emails for days about this. I told Audrey please for a reason so I could properly explain to my friends why they couldn’t get bottomless mimosas. I had my friends look over the emails to see if I missed something. My friends also could not see and understand why Audrey could not clarify. Audrey then asked for information about my two friends which were what are their names, what menu option they chose , and their phone numbers to call them to explain. It was ridiculous that Audrey could not tell me after days of asking. So FINALLY I got the clarification I needed from my friend who got the phone call clarification from Audrey.

Talk about FRUSTRATING that I who created the event for friends, the main one communicating with Audrey, the one who made the $100 deposit and paid all on my debit card… that she could not clarify to me.. but my friend. So that is why I mentioned Audrey is like communicating with a 6th grader or younger. I do wonder… what if it was just me and another friend and we both wanted bottomless mimosas? I dare not ask Audrey at this point, plus a couple will not return here again, and I assume it’s not an option. Also strange to have to “set up a bar” when I wouldn’t think that is needed to keep pouring mimosas as needed per customer. If single serve $5 mimosas and other drinks are allowed to be given without setting up a bar.. then why is a bar set up needed? I would think give the certain guests a wristband or drink tag to easily show who paid the option for bottomless mimosas. I wish her website and menu would reflect the restrictions and give proper details of the rules with $22 bottomless mimosas per guest.

Also my friend who got the call from Audrey told me that Audrey was really rude to her and my friend asked Audrey to please be more respectful. Audrey left my friend in a negative feel that she didn’t want to come to the event I created for her and others because of Audrey’s lack of recent and lapsed unprofessionalism. Additionally, Audrey mentioned that I made her feel as though I was pushing her against a wall. It was simply because I asked her for clarification on multiple accounts to which she never gave me, yet gave to my friend instead. Regardless, I had a great time there. I didn’t need bottomless mimosas. If you come across needing clarification from Audrey.. avoid the frustration my friend and I endured.. and please give this woman a call. Next time me and my friends go for tea time.. we all will go to Teapots & Treasures Cafe since there was never an issue there in the past with communication or anyone feeling disrespected at any moment.

What a lovely experience! Can’t wait to come back. Service was fantastic.. the tea and fresh orange scones were delicious. Nice variety of teas and sandwhiches to choose from. Looking forward to trying more from their menu. The atmosphere is a sweet little cottage that really sets the mood. Highly recommend for a small girls gathering.

It took me a while to post this review, but I found myself remembering the scones we enjoyed for my little sister’s birthday “tea party”. It was so much fun and we were taken care of by the considerate staff. The atmosphere was relaxing and the selections were more delightful than I was expecting. I’m looking forward to my next visit

We hosted my bridal shower here and it was absolutely lovely! The space is very charming and the food was delicious. My guests loved the tea choices that we picked out and enjoyed all of the little treats they served. Only complaint was the space is a little awkward (only if you have events where opening presents) but that comes with the nature of historic buildings.
