I love the entrance of the serengetty overlook pub.
If you walk in, you will see the dining area, and we got the all-day dining, which I think was really worth it!
The food wasn’t bad, it wasn’t fantastic but it’s definitely doable for a day at a theme park. The service was okay, not the fastest we’ve experienced, but not bad.
We went to the bar for a drink and it was quite pricey, but nothing surprising. We then enjoyed our food with a drink, enjoying the view before we headed off to have fun with the rest of the roller coasters.

Excellent establishment for the whole family when dining. Kids loved the variety on the menu. Specials at the bar for adult drinks were a plus. Yet the view made the moments even more amazing. Definitely returning every time we visit the park.

Beautiful views of Busch Gardens animals and rides from the overlook pub. FYI – This restaurant is inside the park so park entry is required. Friendly bartenders, they make some great tasting drinks, even straws are edible! Only a couple of food options at the bar but the pulled pork (?) Mac and cheese was delicious, so was my Sunrise drink. Indoor and outdoor seating. It was nice to take a beach and relax.

This is a newly renovated bar with wrap around style seating. You can also snag a table outside and see amazing views of the fireworks they do selected nights and the giraffes. It’s a must see if you’re eating and drinking at Busch Gardens. The seasonal cocktails were batched but really tasty.

Loved it. Great place to be able to feed kids quickly. Downside is it doesn’t include drinks & they want $3 for a soda. The chocolate cake was really good. Also it’s one of the best places I can find for Cesar salad. Our server sucked but other than that we would eat there again.

So I can’t give them higher marks but I also understand to a certain extent with this pandemic things have been a little nuts BUT here we go. So supposedly we went on an expectedly high attendance day. It was Dec 12 a Saturday. I figured we’d try this one since we haven’t yet. Upon entering the elevator I was a little concerned. It was dated and you can tell they haven’t done any maintenance or face lifts in a while! Which is sad because this place can be really nice. We got to the balcony and the bite was amazing the animals were out and right in front of us. People pays serious money for good kind of view it was amazing. Animals did eventually move and we just had the landscape but it’s a given. Now to the building. The building needs a serious over haul it’s outdated. It’s named a “PUB” but they only had a couple TVs over the bar and one bar open looked like they have a possible second which was not. It’s not really a pub but more of a typical walk through grab and go with a bar inside. We waited in line for about an hour we were lucky we arrived when we did. There is no reason why a place that serves such a limited grab and go menu takes that long. They had about 8 people behind the glass I exaggerate not! They would scream at someone in the back anytime you needed something that wasn’t out for you to grab yet. They had to sides we with no method to their madness. One would tell the order back the other 7 would have no idea who ordered what things would come out and set aside because no one knew where it was supposed to go. We had this happen to us and I had to chase out down by sending someone on our side retrieve it from the other side while it sat with no one knowing who ordered it. Chicken fingers where your typical theme park chicken fingers with cold fries like always those were $12. I food get a pepperoni pizza which is a flat bread pizza. It was very good but small for $11. Drinks are never included so that’s another $3-$4. I also waited in line again for about 15-20 mins at the bar to get Drinks very limited on what alcohol is available it is not a full service bar. Up charge for a double was a couple bucks. The view was amazing but good like always is sub par. Also the doors are white and they are worn. It looked like oil mechanics had been opening those doors for years. If they put some money into this building, revamped the process and move some employees around it might be better. Theme parks really need to do better with the food we pay so much money for it’s always a disappointment.

Shrimp and hushpuppies were good. Waiter was knowledgeable about the entres. Food is a bit pricey due to tourist area. Overall I did enjoy my time.

We had the mango beer and it was like the best beer I’ve ever had! . The view is absolutely beautiful. You can see the animals and it’s such a stunning view . I highly recommend it. Beer is kinda pricey but the view is worth it. Comes with the theme park standard I guess.

Trying to mobile order and waited in line for over two hours, while the people that were not mobile ordering got their food within minutes. This is ridiculous. I’ve been in a food service industry for many many years and this does not work for me. I hope the food is good because I am making this review before I even get my food. I’ve been at the counter for 45 minutes upfront of the counter. And everybody else is coming around me getting their food and I’m not. Waiting for four pepperoni, pizzas and three drinks, and not sure why this is happening. all this money we’re losing time standing in line, and believe that the people that were ordering before us should have been queued back and they should’ve taken all of our orders faster and filled our orders faster. I read and write reviews all over the country because I am a truck driver, not a big deal have seen by over 1 million people and I did review about this place before I came here thinking it would be OK. But what happened today when I paid nearly $80 for four very small personal pizzas and three drinks is unacceptable. I will never come back here again and I don’t think you should either. If you do, don’t go in the mobile ordering line that’s ridiculous.
