Seras Ramen was another unique find in the Highland area. The entrance is tucked in the back, which had us guessing at first—but honestly, it just adds to the charm.
The space is small but cute, the service is friendly and welcoming, and the food really shines. The ramen was full of flavor and incredibly tasty, exactly what you want on a cozy night out.
A hidden little gem worth seeking out.

Delicious, flavorful, and filling ramen at this restaurant tucked away off 32nd. We enjoyed the Tan Tan Men pork ramen and the dashi chicken ramen. Everything was fantastic! Our only feedback would be that the broth wasn’t super hot when it was served, so the soup got lukewarm pretty fast. But the flavors were incredible. Also, the service was great and there was good music playing! Would definitely recommend this restaurant! We will be back.

Saras Ramen consistently provides an exceptional dining experience, earning a well-deserved 10/10 rating. We frequent this establishment regularly, and each visit reaffirms our appreciation for their outstanding food and service. The menu features an array of delicious options, with the chicken karrage, duck bao bun, and their flavorful ramen standing out as personal favorites. The ramen, in particular, is always served hot and brimming with rich, well-balanced flavors that make every bite memorable.

In addition to the high-quality food, the service at Saras Ramen is exemplary. The staff are consistently warm, attentive, and professional, ensuring that every dining experience is enjoyable from start to finish. Whether you’re a regular or a first-time guest, the welcoming atmosphere and exceptional service make each visit a pleasure.

Overall, Saras Ramen is a must-visit for anyone in search of authentic, flavorful dishes served with care and attention. I highly recommend paying a visit—you won’t be disappointed.

This place is delicious. Probably the richest broth I’ve ever had in a veggie ramen. Food was ready within 15 minutes and we were impressed by the great presentation even though we took the food to go. Highly recommend! Pretty cute, hidden spot if you want to dine in.

We had the Tonkatsu Ramen bowl last night (as a to-go option), and I have to say that this might be the best combination of flavors in any Ramen I’ve tried before. Simply amazing.

The pork belly was cooked perfectly, the fresh mushrooms were fantastic, and the broth… Loved the spicy aftertaste in the base broth. Next time I’m going to ask for a little spicier, but there definitely will be a next time. Maybe even as soon as tonight 🙂

We got 2 separate recs for this place so decided to do our last lunch in Denver here. You walk down a small alley to get to the “front” of the restaurant that leads you to a nice patio, and the indoor seating. The patio was an enjoyable setting for a tasty meal, and our server was attentive and efficient.

We got the veggie gyoza to start which were fried crisp with good flavor. Had whole edamame inside in addition to the other vegetables. The dipping sauce complimented the flavors of the gyoza and was light and not too salty or sweet.

We then each had a bowl of ramen. My partner had the veggie ramen with the house made chili sauce, which, was maybe some of the better chili sauce I’ve ever had. There was a note on the menu that it contained fish sauce, I never would have thought to put fish sauce into a sambal style chili sauce but it was SO GOOD! It was also pretty spicy, not for meek tastebuds or tummies. The ramen was also quite good I was surprised at how flavorful the fully vegetarian broth was.

I had never seen a dashi broth on a ramen menu, but dashi is one of my favorite Japanese flavors (I have had many a heartbreak at New Orleans sushi restaurants who put agedashi tofu on the menu and then serve me tofu with no sauce, but I digress). So I had to get it, it was advertised as spicy and definitely has some good kick, but when I tell you I want to drink that dashi broth from a mug daily, it was finish the bowl even though you are beyond full and unsure if you’ll be able to move-good. The chicken was also very flavorful and delicately cooked, I added bamboo shoots because I miss that texture when it’s not in my ramen.

There were 2 things that I thought could be different that would have made the ramen just a notch higher on my list. I would add seaweed, which I didn’t see as listed on the menu as an option. The other thing was the consistency of the noodles, which was dense and well cooked, but not chewy enough. I don’t know if that’s the right descriptor but I just bit through them a little more easily than I would have liked. Still worth the visit!!

Hands-down one of the best ramen spots in the city… a literal hidden gem tucked down a back alley off 38th. We tried the Tan Tan Men and the Sesame Pork Belly Ramen and both were incredible. Rich, flavorful broth, perfectly cooked noodles, and toppings that hit just right. The service was great too. Can’t believe it took us this long to find this place—we’ll definitely be back!

Every time I visit Denver, Sera’s Ramen Enclave is a must visit! The food and the service is great! The restaurant is very cute and down an alley, giving it a cozy atmosphere.

I always get either the sesame pork belly ramen or the flavorsome! Both have very great flavor and the meat is super tender.

The drinks are also very good! I recommend the Thai tea and the passion fruit limeade!

The servers are very attentive. Top tier service!

This is my new favorite go-to ramen spot. Our server, May (unsure of spelling, sorry), was an absolute delight. The food was delicious, and I really liked the alley entrance, it felt whimsical. I do wish there was a tad bit more light on the outside tables so they could be used at night. We tried the pork belly bao buns, the tonkotsu ramen, and the flavorsome. In my opinion, there was too much hoisin on the buns and it needed to be more balanced as it was too sweet for me, but both ramens were perfect.
