I went in as a first time customer and the staff were not friendly at all. There was no one in line and not many people dining. So I asked if I could place an order and one of the staff point to the kiosk to place an order so we did. While we were ordering on the kiosk, a customer came in after us and asked to be waited on and the same staff person huffed and told him to come on and was upset about it. I decided to only order a beverage, I wouldn’t want to eat from staff that do not want to help anyone. I paid at the kiosk and wanted for my cup and the staff still was not friendly at all, I explained I only ordered a beverage and the response was “oh, just grab a cup” and walked off. This was my first experience and I really enjoyed the decor but everything else was not a great experience I do not recommend this location to anyone

I ordered Seoul Taco for the first time for dinner and it was for pick up. I wasn’t greeted when I walked in. I saw orders on the counter and grabbed mine with my name on it. I said “Thank you and have a good night”. The only response I got was a nod from one of the gentlemen. When I came in with a friend once when they got food we weren’t greeted that time either.

When I got to my car to check my order, the two tacos I order were turned on the side in the bag with foil barely covering the paper boat and grease was all over the bottom of the paper bag and my hands. I would think there would have been better packaging. Or the fold could have been wrapped around it so it wouldn’t leak. The quesadilla was in a box but the cheese corn elote bites and tacos were only covered by foil. Neither item was not properly wrapped. I didn’t have time to go back in as I was in a hurry.

I tried the food when I got home and it was ok. The filling in the cheesy elotes bites tasted like it was filled with mashed potatoes and not cheese. The quesadilla was decent but I should have not gotten the salad mix on it or the tacos. I did’t realize the tortillas were corn tortillas. The website only describes it as tortilla and not whether it’s corn or flour. I ordered one chicken and spicy pork but my mom said they were both spicy pork. She said they were not that spicy besides the sauce. I’ve had better Korean Mexican fusion food. I probably will not try Seoul Taco again as I was not impressed with how the food tasted.

Let me start by saying my wife and I love this place. We love it so much we had them at our wedding. But last night we went to pick up an online order. The only worker we saw was sitting on some surface back in the back with a little line up front. She finally got up to wait on the customers and gave us our food. We got home and started to chow down. The Mexican corn quesadilla had crunchy corn in it. So crunchy it was hard to eat and extremely off putting. Also the beef tacos had crunchy bits in it of over cooked meat. All and all the most disappointed we have ever been. It’ll be a long time before we come back after this experience!

Great food, like really good, the food itself is 5-stars in taste (but not appearance). Their fusion style is really yummy. Service was ok, nothing special. My only real complaint is I’m not a fan of some of the songs being played in the restaurant. The restaurant speakers was playing really loud Jay Z’s “I Just Wanna Love U (Give It 2 Me)”, which is a pretty raunchy song and it ruined the dining atmosphere. Also, when we were leaving, saw an employee outside smoking weed on break. I’m a former Chick-Fil-A employee, so my standards are high.

WOW! Can’t believe how good this was given that it’s a fast food / counter service place. The taco with steak was literally the best taco of my life hands down. Same goes for the bulgogi bowl. It’s just something about the marinade/sauce on the meet. Unfortunately the elote bites were a let down. They were much more croquettes with a tiny bit of corn then they were elote croquettes. But for croquettes they were decent.

I am writing to report a food safety and hygiene concern from my recent visit to the Seoul Taco lake location on May 8 at approximately 8:30 PM.

While placing my order, I observed one of the cooks—a tall male employee—sitting and using his phone while wearing food-preparation gloves. When I placed my order, he immediately began preparing my food without changing his gloves. I informed the cashier (a Caucasian woman with a ponytail) and asked that he change his gloves, which he eventually did after being told.

Additionally, I observed another employee wearing gloves while touching a swinging door, walking away from the prep area, and returning to food preparation without changing gloves. This raised further concern regarding adherence to basic food safety and sanitation practices.

Using a phone or touching non-food surfaces while wearing gloves, then continuing food preparation without changing gloves or washing hands, is a serious hygiene issue. These are actions that should be addressed automatically, without customer intervention.

I strongly encourage management to review the camera footage from this time period to determine whether company food safety policies are being followed consistently, and to provide additional training if necessary.

We went for a late lunch on a Saturday. The area across the street is prime parking (it is an abandoned gas station) but there is a ton of broken glass from windows being shattered so I would not go there late at night.

The food was absolutely phenomenal and the portion sizes were good. You can tell they get very busy at times though, so I would definitely suggest going at non-peak times. The kids nachos were absolutely fantastic for my son (and were a large portion size), the pork nachos were great for me. The taco sampler is okay if you’re not sure, but my wife regretted not just going for a regular dish as she thought everything else was better.

We went for lunch and it’s definitely a place geared toward late night bar traffic. The did was decent. Tacos are a good value. We got the pork and tofu tacos. Both orders of three. Lots of protein but not much wise in the way of toppings. The tortillas feel airway on a couple of them. But they were tasty.

Theres a weird bleacher display and storage in the lobby but it’s a large sized location. Parking is pretty simple. The combos cant be ordered from the kiosk you have to speak to someone to order the combos. The price on the menu board is lower than the price you are charged buyer beware. The food is good but the side item in the combo was iced in the center so it threw me off for the elotes they are good if you can get passed that. Overall it’s ok for the price and the vibe… they were super slow at 830 on a Saturday night which says a lot. Would have been 5 stars on the service but the kiosk left me feeling meh since it isn’t loaded with the combos showed on the menu board.

Overall I like Seoul taco a lot, the flavors are good and the food always seems fresh. The tacos and bowls are excellent and I really enjoy the branding.

This location in particular isn’t the best, though. Unfortunately it’s the closest to my house. The atmosphere in this location feels unfinished and disconnected from the other locations. Also, the people working don’t greet you or seem happy to help.. in fact the reason I’m leaving a review is because the last three times we’ve been in there placing a to go order, we wait and wait and wait while they call out some peoples orders, but neglect to call ours despite us placing the order directly and waiting on site. Each time we had to revisit the counter and pickup our food that’s been sitting out. Once we get home, the egg is congealed, meat and rice are cold, and the overall experience is a bust.

They could be doing better at this location, they just don’t seem to care.
