We normally drive north of Dallas for our go to hot pot spot, so we were so excited to see this place open right down the street. I will forever favor hot pot over KBBQ, so this was exactly what I came for. I ordered the pork broth and my fiancé went with the tom yum both were yummy. The veggie bar had a solid selection, and the sauce bar offered a nice variety to pick from. Since they just opened, they’re still adding labels and fine details, but it didn’t take away from the experience at all. I made my usual go-to sauce combo and bonus points for having the good straining spoons! For proteins, I got two orders of beef belly and also tried some of my fiancé’s brisket. I added bok choy, seaweed, mushrooms, tendon, mussels, clams, and plenty of other veggies from the bar. While they’re still working through staffing as a new spot, Rodger helped us and was super friendly and attentive, making sure our waters stayed full and we were well taken care of. While we still love our Dallas hot pot place, this is an awesome option that’s much much closer to home, and we’ll definitely be back!

We went during their soft opening but it was a great experience. You get either Korean BBQ or hot pot for $29 or you can get both for $34. It’s all you can eat – think Brazilian steakhouse format. We tried both, but for me the Korean BBQ is where it’s at. If you want hot pot if recommend just going to ramen place. The BBQ was amazing with great choices and flavors. Even the appetizer bar had bulgogi, gyoza, and many order items. You can eat as much as you want and as many different meats as you want. You will not leave hungry. The staff was super friendly and attentive even being short staffed during the soft launch. They have a robot which will bring food to your table, but it was hard for it to keep up so a lot of times, a human delivered out food. I absolutely recommend this place. For not it’s dinner only and no bar, but the bar is in the works. A++.

Came in unsure of what to expect and was absolutely blown away! Everything was amazing. Went as a group of 4 and we got a variety of soups and were able to fully customize it with the sauces and seasonings they have available. All of the meat cuts were very well sized and waitstaff was incredibly attentive. They also have adorable robot waiters that can even sing happy birthday ( it wasn’t anyone in our groups birthday but there was one at a group a few tables away). Since it is a cook it yourself place its up to you to cook the meats how you like them. I also really like that you can grab your own veggies and other ingredients. They also have a hot bar for appetizers and some pre-cooked meats.

So glad to have a hotspot place in Waco!! This place did not disappoint. Momo was our waitress and she was very kind and attentive! The Sichuan broth was perfectly spicy, and the Tom Yum was delicious with seafood. The restaurant was clean and the food was very fresh. Will definitely be returning!

This place has got it. All you can eat hotpot and KBBQ for $35. Kimchi fried rice. Great cuts of meat. Appetizer bar. Veggies bar. And a robot server that helps out the human servers to bring food to the table.

Check out the Kimchi Soup.

Highly recommend checking it out!

Soft opening was tonight and it was AMAZING. Can’t wait to see what they do when fully opened. There is a small buffet with sides like fried rice, corn slices, and some noodles in a red sauce no clue what it is but you MUST try it. Great music selection. Lots of kpop demon hunter songs.

This place was the BEST Korean bbq experience you could get in Waco (unless you’re going to Austin or Dallas). It is pretty similar to K Pot in Killeen, but the price is more affordable here for the dinner prices.
Keep in mind, that this place is temporarily closed to inspect some equipments now, but it was open until 2 weeks ago.
They are also open only for dinner time.
We were constantly taken care of by a great waiter, who kept checking on us to make sure that everything was good, and he was quick to bring us anything we asked.
Also, the manager kept walking around and occasionally dropped by to ask and make sure we were doing good, which was great.
It is much better experience than Gen BBQ next to Cinemark, because there was NO service at that place and it was a low quality meat for a very expensive price. Gen BBQ tasted like what a non-Korean would cook if he/she were to imitate and cook Korean foods (imagine a Russian chef running an Italian restaurant, which could be good, but usually not the most ideal).
I’ve satisfied my Korean bbq craving here at Waco and am happy I don’t have to drive 2 hours to get K bbq.

Only a minor complaint: their kimchi tastes very bland, and their kimchi/seafood pancakes have too much batter and too thick, and are not crispy. But other side dishes were pretty good.

Officially, Waco has its own hotpot and bbq! This restaurant is such a gem in Waco, and definitely worth the wait. They have so many varity to choose from, and so many sauce options. The waiters here are well trained, friendly and professional. Everywhere is clean and cozy. I would definitely all my friends to try, you will love the hot pot even you have not had one before!

This was a really great experience for me and my spouse as I’d only been to another one a long time ago. My spouse had never been. The food was great. The waitress was good at explaining everything. It is all you can eat for about $35 a person and there is no service fee for leftover food or time limit. I had felt like one of my chicken wings came out a little bit uncooked because that’s something they make in the back with the chefs and I received amazing customer service to get that resolved. The manager or owner was really nice & really caring and overall this place is a 10 out of 10. Definitely a must do again and again
