Okay.
I am in love!
Service: From the minute we walked in the server was sprinting around the dining area as he was the only one on hand. He kept it together, we didn’t have to wait to be served and he maintained service with every other customer in there. He’d helped me through the menu because I couldn’t eat any fish, meat, or dairy, and suggested what to avoid. He was very attentive and thoughtful, I’m pretty sure we got complimentary tea by the end of our meal because he could tell we were going to burst. The tea genuinely helped! He was polite yet friendly, so of course service was 5/5!
Food: Oh. My. Goodness. I’m obsessed. Tteokbokki was delicious, perfect hint of spice, and the vegetables were incredible!!! Portions are definitely worth the price, I could not finish it by myself and took the majority of it home. My Jap Chae was delicious!! Also large portion, and our server came over to cut my noodles when he noticed me struggling. For someone who’s vegan, I left more full than I would have ever thought I would be. My partner liked his Bibimbop, and the sides were very flavorful. He also got the dumplings and enjoyed those with the sauce. Everything served had a purpose and flavor was on point! 5/5
Atmosphere: Great energy from the waiter. People were enjoying their dinners. The restaurant itself was quaint and warm. I was gushing over their awards in Hangul and sincerely this spot has become a destination!
Thank you!

Their banchan dishes are yummy . This is the second time we are here. The fried chicken dish is so gooodd 5/5. But we recommend eat them all while you are there to maintain the crunchiness, if you take home they’re not crunchy anymore. Fried dumplings are okay 3.5/5. Sizzling beef dish is overpriced with small portion, and we don’t recommend this dish. Total is ~$67, not including tips yet. Pricey tho but good food!

THIS PLACE IS FOR REAL !! we had the intestine hot pot OUCH It had spice, peanuts, intestine tubes I’m seriously going into a trance writing this review, because it was just that good! if y’all never tried intestine, y’all don’t know what you’re missing. The finest of cuisines.
Plus they said the Hot Pot was for 2-3 people. It was more suited for 4 in this economy, and they giving you that much food What a LEGEND

5/5 across the board here, some of the best Korean food you can find in Cleveland. This is a high recommend if you enjoy Korean food or have any interest in trying it for the first time.
The staff was extremely warm and attentive despite the place being packed all night (and handling tons of takeaway business!). And the atmosphere here is incredible. Comfy hometown cafe vibes. We felt super cozy enjoying food and drinks with friends amid the hubbub of other guests on a blustery winter night.
I think the quality of the banchan side dishes is a great benchmark for judging a Korean restaurant, and they smash it out of the park here. The kimchi and all of the pickled vegetables are immaculate and the namul was all fresh, bright, and crunchy.
We had a seasoned tofu plate, bulgogi, stir-fried spicy shrimp, gopdol bibimbop, and plenty of soju of course. Everything was fantastic: delicious, fresh, steaming hot, cooked to perfection, and it all came out in a timely manner. The housemade ssamjang here is exploding with umami goodness. We loved every bite.

It was my first time being there I went with a friend for dinner. She had been there before. I thought their prices were really expensive to be honest with you, but the portion sizes are extreme. One plate is enough for three people so you’ll definitely have lots of leftovers. The service was two people on the floor. I mean, they kept up pretty well. We got a table right as we walked in. Some of the dishes are pretty spicy and even if you ask for less spice, they’re pretty spicy. It’s good to try new things, but just be mindful in the size of a portion size. The vegetable or seafood pancake is humongous. It’s like a platter size of a large pizza. Just letting you know. Also, before you get a lot of appetizer dishes, you get those little plates of appetizers like six little plates plus an egg that pretty much boils right in front of your eyes. It’s enough for two people just be mindful of the kimchi. It is fairly spicy if you like spicy in the right place, they also have a lot of dishes with the clear noodle which I like so I will be mindful what I ordered next time as well I ordered the boiled beef soup with vegetable. It really did not have very much taste when I got home. I added chicken stock to it with a little bit of soy. I added some ginger, and I also added some tarragon and rosemary, and then it tasted pretty good so it’s like hit or miss when you go to a new place and you don’t know how they spice the dish. Nothing was overly salty. The rice cakes are very good, but not with all that spicy on it…. My nose was running the whole time but just be mindful two people was about $75 and that’s not even ordering a drink so I have to give this between.$$$-$$$$.

Another great Korean restaurant in Cleveland! Great food, excellent service. We ordered a ton of food: Seafood Pancake, Stir fried pork with Kimchi and tofu, and Kahm Poong Gi (which is like Korean General Tso’s chicken). The portions are HUGE, so good value for money with plenty of leftovers to bring home. The Banchan were fantastic (the steamed egg was wonderful as well). I’d definitely go back.

Seoul Garden has been one of my favorite restaurants since moving to Parma 10 years ago. I can’t believe it’s taken me this long to write a review. The food is delicious (the tteokbokki is my favorite). If you have questions about the menu the server is great about explaining items and can advise to what might be too spicy. I typically order the same thing, but the last few times I’ve tried new items and they are all delicious. If you are looking for something new, give this place a try!

Definitely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. We had the guy server with the long bob hair. I get it if you’re an introvert and don’t like to talk to people but this is literally your job. Didn’t say a word, not even a yes or okay, when taking our order. Gave me an attitude when I tried to add a steam egg to our order and whenever I asked a question. It’s unfortunate because the food was really good but I don’t think I’ll be back

Delicious everything. Great pickles etc served before the main course. Very nice tea served along side them. Very generous portions that match the price point. Very warm service. My favorite place in this city.

Only thing I ever had here that I didn’t like was the Mackerel. Maybe I just don’t like Mackerel grilled. Too dry. Everything else I’ve had is phenomenal. If you think you’ll need help with the menu, plan to go between meal rushes so they have time. They’re still very helpful when busy but boy do I feel bad when they get busy. It’s just a small little place and they have carry out orders, too.
