i don’t usually write reviews but i absolutely had to for seoul born. the food was absolutely amazing and the portion sizes was HUGE. i couldn’t finish mine and took it home and it tasted just as good warmed up as leftovers. i had the ‘born identity’ and my partner had the ‘born currified’, both with jackfruit, and regular size. they had great vegetarian options, most of the rice bowls could be swapped with fried jackfruit or aubergine. i will be recommending to everyone i know and coming back for more!

This place is absolutely amazing! The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, but the food stole the show!! Being my first crack at Korean Chicken, I asked for their recommendation and settled on the Born Legacy, which is a portion of crispy Korean Chicken coated with a delicate sticky Yang-Nyum sauce, speckled with black and white sesame seeds. And wow, what a dish – the chicken was expertly cooked and had a lovely moist and soft texture, but the sauce was something to behold!!! Being a sticky sauce I thought it would be quite heavy but it was very gentle and super tasty. The atmosphere was lovely, I chose to go solo, but felt at home enjoying my lunch and doing some people watching at the window bench. Equally there is just about enough room for a few small groups to enjoy their food together too. Next time I go I plan to try out the poke bowls they have to offer, I can’t wait!! Thanks for giving me a warm and friendly place to enjoy a quiet bite to eat.

The food is incredible and the service lovely, you order on an iPad (so easy, and no wait on a Saturday) but I couldn’t customise my order which was a bit frustrating. In the end I just asked a staff member behind the till and she was happy to accommodate 🙂 I ordered the Born Ultimatum (regular w/ chicken) no pineapple mayo.

Food was delicious, was hot and fresh ingredients. Couple of downsides, but not enough for me to mark them down;
I Wasn’t the biggest fan of the chicken, I am extremely fussy with my chicken and mines had a few blood spots in the chicken put me off, now I know that’s not their fault but maybe need to double check because it was a few bits that had that.
The price, now I know the amount of food is incredible but the price is quite steep, £9 for a small, again just me.
Overall, was lovely food, tasty and very filling, just a shame about the chicken, again could of just been one off.

This is one of my favourite places to eat in Norwich. I’m not sure how authentic the food is, but everything I’ve tried has been full of flavour and really satisfying. The atmosphere is always welcoming, and the staff are friendly and helpful. A great spot for a quick, tasty meal.

My fave Norwich munch spot, Rice bowls are amazing, different tastes, textures, great value meal, very filling! Chicken boxes (medium) can be shared, as its quite a challenge for one! (Orange Born is delish)

I had a great experience at Seoul Born and give their rice bowl with fried chicken 4 stars. The portion size was impressive, providing a hearty and satisfying meal. The fried chicken was crispy and well-seasoned, perfectly paired with the fluffy rice. However, the restaurant has limited seating, so be prepared for a possible wait during peak hours. Overall, it’s a fantastic choice for a delicious and filling meal!

I love this place. The food is great, there is usually table space, inside or outside if the weather is ok. The little details like pickled cauliflower and pickled onion is really nice. Easy to order via a screen system, quick and easy healthy food, done really well.
