Sense of Thai in Chantilly is a solid spot for good Thai food. The food itself was amazing and definitely the highlight of the visit. The deep fried branzino absolutely stole the show, crispy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The fried pork and chicken satay were also very good, and the drunken noodles and pad thai did not disappoint.
Unfortunately, they were out of mango sticky rice, which was a bit of a bummer, though that could simply be due to seasonality.
The wait staff was fine, though they could have been a little more friendly, I might just be being picky here.
Overall, a good experience and a strong 4 out of 5. I would happily come back again for the food alone.

The atmosphere was nice. The service was good. The spring roll was just ok. The crab Rangoon was good. Bangkok wings were good. Lamp lollipop was good and very spicy. The drinks were ok. The love yuzu drink was very good and flavorful. The flank beef fried rice was great. The chicken panang was very good. The Chompshun pad Thai was ok. The strawberry coco dessert was good.

The atmosphere here is very polished and the service is very attentive. They have a lunch menu during the week that comes with an appetizer. The spring rolls and healthy rolls are both very good. The roti is excellent. The entrees are good. I ordered the panang chicken curry. It has a good flavor. The pomegranate lemonade is a very good drink. The lychee cheesecake is a great option for dessert.

Such a vibe – definitely a great spot for the holidays! We got pickup and it was good. They were out of mango sticky rice, which was a bummer. They forgot to give us utensils so I had to go back in. It is pricey – like city prices in the burbs. Also, the auto tip buttons for takeout checkout starts at 20% minimum, which seems steep for pickup. But, I would go back! All decorated and fun and good food. The avocado yum salad was divine. Also, open late!

First time at the Sourh Riding Location, it did not disappoint. I came at the start of their Happy Hour. I had a wonderful bartenders JD that served me. He was easy going and very helpful with picking items off the menu to try. The Happy Hour menu had discounted drinks and appetizers. The food was delicious, fresh and hot. Shout out to the chief/cooks/ severs. Everyone one was friendly and professional. They also had a lovely patio area out front.

Sense of Thai is amazing! My sister and I were pleasantly surprised to see the amazing Christmas decor all throughout the restaurant. We also ordered the festive drinks and loved the Christmas-themed menu and presentation. I got the drunken noodles with seafood and she got the spicy basil fried rice and we absolutely loved our dishes. We will definitely be back again!!

The food was absolutely great! I’m a huge Thai food fan, and every bite here truly hit the spot. I’ve had drunken noodles a million times before, but this one tasted unbelievably fresh—the flavor lingered with me long after the meal. My husband ordered the cashew chicken, and it was just as delicious. Even the Thai tea was beautiful and perfectly made. We’ll definitely be coming back!

This place has become one of my absolute favorites! The food is always flavorful, plentiful, and beautifully presented. What makes it extra special is how they change up the interior decor each season—it’s always fresh, stylish, and picture-perfect.
It’s not only a wonderful spot for casual dining, but also an excellent choice for special occasions like birthday parties. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the portions are generous, making it perfect for gatherings with friends and family. Highly recommended for anyone looking for both great food and a beautiful dining experience!

Perfect restaurant for Christmas. Their decorations and the menu are Christmas themed. Do not miss out. They have Holiday cocktails in special mugs. Be careful as they are very strong. Pad Thai and Singapore flat noodles were super tasty. Get chicken with the noodles as the texture is better. Enjoy the holidays with good food and drinks here at Sense of Thai.

Solid new Thai spot in Chantilly, formerly Ford’s Fish Shack.
Grilled squid, fried pork belly and spring rolls make for great starters. Lamb Massaman Curry is the best! Garlic beef too, perfect with Singha beer.
Lamb noodle soup and Crybaby noodles were a bit too sweet for my taste.
Impeccable service, Raime is awesome and the crew took very good care of us.
Great addition to the area and highly recommended!
