Pretty laid-back people the food is all right. Highly make it up to. You is by their customer service. The gentleman. They really will spend his time to tell you what his menu is about. When I went, there was a couple cars behind me. I didnt get pressured to make a Fast order. He took his time and explained everything to me, and what it meant. I’ll keep coming back, even though the food is OK.

The only thing that sucked was all the flies Inside I wish I could’ve ate in peace without them annoyingly touching me and having to cover the food.

Best grilled chicken I have had in a long time. It’s a good portion size for the price. Customer service was nice. It’s on a main street so can be an obstacle getting in and out. I would recommend it if you are in the area.

Great Pollo Asado, nice spot in Downtown Glendale. Chicken is juicy and fresh, macaroni salad on point, some of the best chicken we have had in a long time. Took the picture after eating most of it. Family special was the perfect size and fair price. Will be a regular here!! Keep up the good work!!

Didn’t feel like cooking, so I drove up and ordered some carne asada burgers and a senor burger (i think thats what it was called), and they were good. I would have to say that if they had added another piece of meat that the price would have been worth it. The taste was there, though. I also ordered a strawberry 3 leches and was delicious . The cake was very moist the way I liked it. I will be coming by again. The best part is that they have drive-thru for lazy people like me . I will be coming back for the pollo meal they have only on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

I was really disappointed with the customer service at Señor Pollo in Glendale. Some of us only get a 30-minute lunch break, so I ordered ahead expecting my food to be ready on time. Instead, I waited far too long while the owner seemed to ignore customers who were already inside waiting. He didn’t seem to care at all about timely service.
On top of that, I watched him yell at a couple of DoorDash drivers who were just trying to confirm their pickups. It was uncomfortable and completely unprofessional. Treating people like that — customers or delivery drivers — is not okay.
I love good food and supporting local businesses, but I won’t be coming back after this experience.

Ordered delivery through doordash. I have to say, I’m impressed with this food. Everything was seasoned and flavored perfectly, the temperature was great, and they even gave me extra food. The best guacamole I’ve had at a restaurant, the best flavored chicken, and the dessert was great as well. Absolutely no complaints and very satisfied. Great value.
