We’ve loved Señor Pancho’s other locations for years, so we were really excited to try Southington! I really loved the decor here, and the food was so delicious. Giant margaritas that were so tasty, the best salsa, fresh guac prepared tableside, and really flavorful dishes. Even the dessert is homemade. I think Southington might be our favorite of their locations! Food came out quickly, and our server was attentive and friendly!

We had such an incredible experience at Senior Panchos! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming. The music was perfect and created such a fun, relaxed vibe.
Marisol was absolutely amazing — so beautiful, kind, and incredibly patient. She took her time with us, made sure everything was perfect, and had the sweetest energy. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests.
The food was outstanding — everything tasted so fresh, and you could truly tell the ingredients were high quality. Every bite was flavorful and delicious. And the drinks? AMAZING. Perfectly made, refreshing, and the perfect complement to the meal!
Pedro, the manager, was just as impressive — attentive, professional, and clearly dedicated to making sure every guest has a great experience.

My wife and I had the pleasure of eating here the other day. Everything was fantastic. The enchiladas were delicious, stuffed pepper was amazing.

The food was absolutely delicious – I’ve never had a mole sauce I actually enjoyed until coming here. And that sangr-ita was to die for.
Marisol was our waitress and she was an absolute pleasure, made the entire experience shine.

Ordered to go a few weeks ago. Not impressed.
Wings. The vegetables that came with them smelled and tasted like some sort of cleaning product. My mouth was burning from carrots… I had to go and brush my teeth and gargle mid dinner.
Nachos were ordered as is with meat but only came with meat and cheese. No olives, jalapeños etc.
The pulled pork egg rolls were lacking flavor. I didn’t even finish. I took 2 bites and although lacking flavor they tasted off.
Maybe it was an off day. I will say staff was very friendly and atmosphere is nice. I wouldn’t go back though, there’s better places around.
