I have been a loyal customer for 14 years and they never disappoint. I have order about 7 different items from the menu and ALL have been very good. Quality meat and fresh taste. I have had the veggie burrito, the rolled tacos, the carne asada taco, the fish taco and the chips with their salsa.

This restaurant offers drive through (Google Take Note). I have lived in Carlsbad very close to the restaurant for 22 years and enjoyed their food only once before. My brother-in-law loves this restaurant and their tacos. Friday evening I thought Senior Panchos would be too crowded, I must have arrived at just the right time that evening. I arrived at the menu and order microphone and WOW!!! What a selection! A large variety of dishes to choose from. My kids were craving beef and eggs. One kid had the best ever Chile Rellano…his words not mine. The other received two Carne Asada–huge tacos with lots of meat. Not a skimpy whimpy taco. I enjoyed their three street tacos with Carne Asada. Probably an eight car wait, and it went by fast. Well organized, responsive and pleasant staff. We will return, definitely. Well price, too.

We stopped in for food today. It was very good. One of the few places that doesn’t serve rice and it was full of meat and shrimp

Portions were very big, and for that price, I think it’s rather worth it for what you are paying. Taste wise it was very satisfying as well. The large weekday lunch crowd is a good indicator as well.

Best carne asada burrito I’ve had in San Diego. It rivals Tijuanazo of hillcrest to me. I say this because to me Mexican food is terrible in San Diego yet we live 30 – 45 minutes from Mexico itself. It baffles me. So I take it serious when it’s done right, so much I write this review. The carne asada was plentiful, juicy and seasoned right similar to like it tastes in tj. The guacamole was whole, fresh, tasty, similar to tj again. The hot sauce too was on point. 5/5 for the carne asada. AND THEYRE NICE! Like very awesome place.

Really nice staff, really good food. Fajitas were not well seasoned, they just tasted like salt and pepper. The fish taco was really really good.

If you like Food poisoning, go here – Nasty food, rude service. We went in at 8:30pm and ordered some tacos, staff looked pissed since they close at 9, cooks were giving us dirty looks etc. We all got sick, my son barfed in bed. Will never ever go to this disgusting excuse for a restaurant again.

Great for lunch or dinner. Breakfast is not good. Ordered juevos rancheros. Eggs are over cooked and food melted styrofoam plate. No rice, potatoes instead. Skimpy on salsa. Price was ok….little on high end for this dish.
