A late afternoon Friday lunch is a magical thing at Senor Machetes. Chef Noel makes the best steak quesadilla fajita Style, and it’s authentic mexican. They have a fine selection of smooth Tequilas as well. You can’t go wrong, and you can even sit outside and soak up the rays.

Kindness overload! Ofilia was so helpful and kind. I waited there for my husband to get the car to pick me up cuz I couldn’t walk from a leg injury. Ofilia even brought me ice for my leg and a refreshment. Thank you! I definitely will return for a visit!

We had such a good lunch experience all around. Our family with 4 kids, 2 adults came for lunch and everyone was pleased with choices from Macn cheese and fries to nachos, tamales, tacos, burrito. The chimichanga was a little smaller than expected (smaller than our daughter’s kids burrito) but was still really good.

My family of 6 had an amazing dinner experience recently. The waitstaff were very accommodating and pushed 2 tables together for us. Margaritas were good and refills arrived swiftly. We tried a couple appetizers to share for the table and were not disappointed. The waitstaff suggested adding the roasted corn to the Queso Vaquero Blanco and it was a hit with us all. The Chicharrones were served piping hot and added a nice crunch while we waited for our entrees. The fajitas were sizzling upon arrival to the table and smelled delicious. I had the machete with chorizo and was not disappointed! Try the house-made hot sauce it is a great blend of flavors with a touch of heat. Went perfectly with our entrees. 18% gratuity is added to the bill during dinner service, which was no bother since we received great service during our meal.

The food was ok. A little on the greasy side. The rice and beans also lacked flavor. The street tacos were good, but again, the steak was missing flavor, very bland. We also tried the tonas and that was served with an amazing sauce that gave it some zing! I definitely recommend this place for authentic mexican.. just needs some zing!

I ordered the biggest machete and did enjoyed it!. My husband ordered the shrimp cocktail and it was delicious too. Small place. Nice environment. Good price.
