Service was mediocre. Our orders came to us when ready. Our sons meal came last, almost like they forgot it. My spicy burrito was very good and flavorful. My husband said his taste like any other Mexican he has been to. I was never offered a refill of water. The restaurant could have been cleaner. It could have just been an off day for them.

We decided to try somewhere new so we found Senor cactus on Google maps near us. It was clean and neat. We were seated immediately. Their salsa and chips were excellent. We got very generous portions on everything we ordered. We all three had a box to bring home! I always order fajita chicken with cheese and that’s all I want. They did an amazing job with that!! It’s a simple order but nobody knows plain! LoL! They get an extra star just for that alone.

On a whim came to Señor Cactus. The food was the same as any other average Mexican restaurant. Nothing special. Salsa was a bit spicy for regular starter salsa. The menu was very busy and kind of difficult to navigate.

The shrimp chimichanga was excellent. My husband ate a burrito and it was delicious. The service is amazing. The only reason why we are rating three stars instead of five is because of the horrible salsa. I’ve never had salsa with Italian seasoning in it. It was so puzzling and confusing. We used to eat here years ago and the salsa was good so I don’t know why they changed it. Please take out the Italian seasoning. It’s the worst salsa I’ve ever eaten in my life.

Pretty good mexican food fare. One of the few restraunts in Karns proper. We enjoyed the Fajita quesadilla. Strangely enough – the small cheese dip for $3.99 seemed expensive – but the container it came in seemed like a large which I thought was a plus.

Hubby and I went about 2 weeks ago. The food is amazing!! If you like it I definitely recommend the hot and spicy burrito!! We both had margaritas on the rocks, his lime and mine mango. Both excellent! And if you decide to go, absolutely ask for Kevin!! Best server ever!! Kevin, you rock!!!
