Decided to try out Señor Burro for the first time since I was craving a burrito, and I’m glad I did! The ladies working there were super helpful in guiding me through building a custom burrito, which turned out hot, fresh, and delicious. The salsa bar was also really convenient and full of great flavors. The only downside was a few flies buzzing around, which made it hard to fully enjoy dining in. Next time, I’ll probably get my order to go. I’m not one to share a good meal with uninvited guests!

Decent fare, not really a true taste of the California carne asada, but a decent attempt for here in Texas. Their fish taco are worth a go though as they were very flavorful.

This was one of my go-to spots for lunch at least once a week. This last time it was a huge disappointment. The horchata tasted like watered down milk. The tacos where soggy and like the meat came out of a premade package and microwaved. Don’t think I’ll be back again.

Señor Burro never disappoints! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and made with quality ingredients. The portions are generous, the toppings are loaded, and the sauces bring everything together perfectly. You can tell they care about what they serve and take pride in their food. The service is friendly and fast, and the overall experience keeps me coming back. Definitely one of my go-to spots when I’m craving great Mexican food. Highly recommend!

So disappointed in my last visit. I love their food and variety. It’s always delicious. This time however I found 3 hairs inside my hashbrown burrito. Took a bite and noticed the first one. Opened it and found 2 more. Long medium brown hairs. I was frustrated because I was so looking forward to this meal. It just seemed careless, like someone cooked it without a hair net or any safety precautions. There was no one in line, or in the drive thru other than me so no reason to rush or execute my order poorly. Sorry no picture. I threw the hairs down as I found them and wasn’t going to pick them up again to get the picture right.

Paid nearly $40 for this and it was awful. The burrito was mostly uncooked tortilla with barely any filling, the guacamole smelled and tasted spoiled, and the fries were undercooked and soggy. Completely unacceptable

So this place really has some good food, I got the asada burrito and I was by far one of the best I have eaten I definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a great bite. Also the chicken street tacos were delicious so was the birria tacos. This place is packed with goodness

Having been a former San Diego resident, I was excited when I heard about this place. It just has that vibe to it. It’s very spacious inside, and there’s an outside seating area that gives you an option to enjoy the great weather in the cooler months.
The staff was attentive and very friendly and everything was clean. The menu is simple, but there’s plenty on it, and the food is exactly how I remembered it should be. If you don’t know that Cali food vibe I’m talking about, just give this place a shot and order a California Burrito or the Carne Asada Fries and enjoy the experience! You can thank me later. Nicely done Senor Burro…it’s nice to have you in the neighborhood!
