Wonderful atmosphere, service, and food! The lady working 3/2/24 was lovely. I’m visiting from out of state and had dinner at several ‘nice’ (pricey) restaurants in town this week with friends and out of all the places I went, the meal I got at senor burrito was by far my favorite. Amazing food! It was the first place I went all week where I didn’t have to ask for a to-go box because I didn’t have any leftovers – it was so good I finished everything! My husband chose this spot for lunch because he remembered going here all the time when he was in college and it was cool to see nothing has changed. Great business!

Hidden gem of Boca Raton.
This great little Mexican restaurant has a relatively limited menu, but in a good way: all the dishes are great and cared for versus trying to get every option on the menu without much effort towards quality.
Their salsa is very fresh (I personally add salt, but that’s my preference) and their salsa verde is wonderfully hot.
The fajitas are a must try (make sure to get loaded for the extra toppings), and with 2-4 extra tortillas (CORN!) can easily feed 3 people.
The spinach tostadas are a favorite meal for a few people I know, and all of the quesadillas are excellent.

This place is way past its prime. I used to come here a few times a week back in the day. Though the menu is the same, so, is the atmosphere…. I mean original everything from 20 years ago. It feels really dirty. Needs to be completely updated.

They also recently added a 5% credit card surcharge and added fees for an extra scoop of sauce on a burrito and a small cup (2 tablespoons) of extra salad dressing.

But the worst thing on our last visit was that the salsa they served us was obviously previously frozen. You can tell because it was kind of mushy. Who does that? They certainly never did that here before.

I’m afraid my days visiting here are over.

Hidden Gem! Best chips and salsa I’ve ever had. I’ve tried many things here and everything on the menu is spectacular. I always get a burrito and it’s enough to have another meal the next day. I sadly don’t live in Boca anymore but when we visit, Senor Burrito is always the first stop.

Been coming here since they opened about 25 years ago.. met Eduardo the owner then. Always been really great consistent food. Everything is homemade, the salsa is so good you can eat it with a spoon. Guaranteed not a microwave in this little restaurant. Best guacamole, fajitas, loaded, off the charts. I moved about 45 minutes away a few years ago, but it’s worth the drive to get extremely tasty, fresh authentic Mexican food.

Why were two fish taco platters and a quesadilla $92 plus tip so came out to $114 . That’s insane. I used to go to taco prince in mizner every day and was so stoked to hear the owners of Senor burrito were the same ppl. Unfortunately the prices are outrageous and I don’t plan on spending over $100 for 3 plates any time soon.

I’ve been eating at this most delicious of restaurants since 97. It still looks the same and brings back so many good memories and most importantly the amazing food always tastes the same after all these years which is a very very very good thing. Best salsa on the planet. I always go for the carne asada or steak quesadilla. Also my favorite flan in the area and I’m a pastry chef

Great food! Their salsa made in-house is amazing. If you want your salsa spicy you may not think it’s amazing but for me amd my friend it was perfect. Big portions and great tasting. The only negative for me was the size of the margaritas. A bit on the small side.
