Was really looking forward to this all week. Had found the place a few weeks ago when we were just walking around in Senoia. My wife was a little skeptical because when we had walked by they were not busy. Me being the Perpetual optimist I wanted to try the place out. So we checked the reviews, and they looked good. First let me say the staff was great!!! Kept our drinks full, and very friendly. The food oh the food. You can’t just add more queso,an all is well. The appetizer, which was the chili poblano was definitely out of the freezer and heated. I had the smoked steak sandwich, and my wife had the pulled pork sandwich. Neither were very good. My steak sandwich was covered in white queso. Fries were cold, and my Mexican fried street corn was, and my wife’s baked beans were too. Look I never complain never. Our tab with tip was around $70.00 bucks. Not a whole lot of money, but enough to warrant a decent meal. Look perhaps we caught them on an off night. It was so bad I don’t think we will try them again though. There are a lot of good restaurants in Senoia, this is not one of them.

My family and I enjoyed this restaurant. The food and atmosphere was awesome and down to earth. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and sat down. Our waitress was very attentive and helpful with making a decision on what appetizer to pick. The food is as yummy as it looks. We will be back again.

Really good. Relaxed atmosphere. True smokehouse flavors in all the dishes we tried. Lots of choices of different foods to appeal to everyone.

Senoia Smokehouse was a great experience! We started with the Stuffed Poblano Popper, Fried Green Tomatoes, and the Deviled Eggs. The popper and tomatoes were delicious! We also had the brisket with mac & cheese, Cuban sandwich with street corn, and a salmon burger. It was all so good! Can’t wait to try more items on the menu.

My husband and I dined here for Valentine’s Day, and the food was delicious. We started with the grilled cheese sandwich. This was no ordinary grilled cheese; it included halloumi cheese and skirt steak. The Picana Brazilian sirloin cap with a red chimichurri was delicious!!! The service and flavor were simply on point!

This is the amount of sauce you get with a $300 take out order. And when we called they were RUDE! I have been in the Atlanta restaurant business for 40 years and have never experienced anything like this.
We asked for tons of sauce! We love the house sauce and the mustard sauce. But this is what we got. Pass on the cucumbers… you are welcome. Sorry. We have loved this place since it opened… but this is unacceptable.

I really wanted to like this place and was so excited to try it. The atmosphere was nice. The food was COLD starting with the appetizer. The corn had a weird texture. Not sure how you mess up corn. The sauces were not not edible (after we asked 3 times to even get sauce we ordered at the beginning). The Brussels that the waitress raved about were bland and cold just like the beans. The meat choices (we tried three of them) were not good. I really wanted to like it here and I know tons of places are understaffed but cold food is not something you can overlook like we did with the slow service. Not really worth the price in my opinion as we left hungry. The waitress also took some of the app we were eating with her hand off the small individual plates, sat it onto the table and then proceeded to place it back into the plate the apps are served on. You may need to train her on what’s not okay to do as she was very friendly but needs additional training. . I will say there was a very nice young red headed waiter that was nice and helpful and even came back to check on us when he knew there was an issue and we couldn’t locate our waitress. Kudos to him!

We placed a takeout order and were very pleased with the food. Some of the best brisket I’ve ever had, mac & cheese was creamy and delicious, the baked beans were smokey and full of flavor. The corn fritters were cold, but again it was take out, so I expect they’d be much better fresh. I will definitely eat there again!

Rustic, clean restaurant, plenty of seating, bar. We went at 2:30 in the afternoon for a late lunch. There were approximately 5 other tables with customers so we were seated right away, given menus and drink orders taken/delivered. Then we waited and waited. When our order was finally being taken, we had questions regarding a couple of the items on the menu…our server didn’t know the answers nor did another server she asked. Tried to order a corned beef sandwich; they were out of that item. I ordered a side salad and baked beans. The baked beans were delicious but the salad very disappointing. It was extremely small (but fresh!) and definitely overpriced at $7. My husband’s hamburger was cooked as he wished and the fries were crisp and not greasy. We did not order drinks but yet our bill came to just under $30…very high for what we got. The restaurant was not busy, there were plenty of employees on hand but the wait times for ordering and then for the food to be delivered were long. All in all, a disappointing lunch

Ty and the rest of the staff were so personable and kind! You can tell that the staff takes pride on what their “boss” makes. They seem to enjoy working there and it reflects on their service.
It was hard to decide what to get, the menu looks awesome!
The fried green tomatoes are to die for! The candied bacon on top is incredible.
You can’t go wrong with a pulled pork sandwich.

The smoked chicken and grapes salad was good. The chicken was a bit bland, but the combination with the grapes and the smoked pecans made it all right.

To top it off, the staff was really attentive with my toddler. We are coming back!

Thanks!
