Execellent food and service. Friendly staff and very attentive. The pasta is fresh and cooked perfectly. The star of the evening was the pork chop which was exceptional. Menu is somewhat limited and the atmosphere is pleasant but nothing special. It’s a small place and a bit on the loud side but not overwhelming. Overall, a nice experience and reasonably priced.

Amazing, outstanding, just wow. Every bite was delicious. The pasta is so lite! Appetizer, meal, bread, dessert all out of this world.
Ryan our server was attentive and I even saw a server place a plate over a guests food to keep it warm while they used the facilities.

Cozy farm to table restaurant with great offerings from local farms. The semolina of its name comes from European grain not US so gluten-free people rejoice you would be great here. We started with a couple appetizers from a great crudo to a light and airy spring pea, and fresh green salad. The taste was fresh and light but full of flavor. We shared the bucatini which was tender and flavored with lemon and shaved bottarga which added an amazing salinity. Our mains were a marvelous tender porkchop, perfectly finished scallops and a fresh fluke presented with faba beans and spring peas. We finished with a yummy torta with lime and meringue. There was everything right about this meal! Oh and it’s byo so you can pair as you like. Enjoy!

Had dinner here for our anniversary and couldn’t have been happier with our meal. My wife had the swordfish and I had the Cod, both were amazing. So many great flavors and excellent presentation! One of the best meals I’ve had all year! Glad we were able to get reservations, usually pretty tough on short notice.

Semolina is consistent in their food and service. We always enjoy our meals here and the staff is friendly and professional. The menu changes often and the food reflects what is in season.
Pastas are always freshly made and delicious.
The pork chop is a staple on the menu and never disappoints.
In our most recent visit we tried the fig and beet appetizer which was so fresh tasting.
We always enjoy our experiences at Semolina!

First time here and I had a great experience. We got three pastas to try what they’re all about and all of them were great. Great locally sourced restaurant.
Ryan was our server and did a great job with recommending dishes as well.
Highly recommend.

Now wait. I did not expect to be blown away at this restaurant. My boyfriend took me here for a surprise date night and i think he surely earned some gold stars. Everything was fresh and farm to table and it showed. That with the combination of an amazing chef, kitchen, and staff made our experience all the better. I really wish i remember our waitresses name because she was terrific and deserves the praise.
We shared the burrata, conchigile, agnolotti, and cod. Everything on the menu was so enticing but i was happy with our choices. Everything from beginning to end was so amazing. Even the bread was so good we had to order more. I actually wish we brought more people so we could’ve tried more!
10/10 definitely taking that 40 minute drive and returning.
Update: Returned and took pictures!

We came here for a birthday dinner and had an amazing experience! We had the steak tar tare, croquettes, lamb pasta, carbonara, lemon pasta, and scallop entree. We also tried the chocolate tarte, pound cake, and sea salt dessert. Everything was shared, and everything was delicious! Unfortunately, my husband was not able to attend, but tried some of the desserts the day after and was blown away. The service was outstanding! I see some comments about the strict regulations, and to be honest, these are completely reasonable regulations for the restaurant size and the quality of the product. This restaurant runs the way restaurants are supposed to. Local vendors, no freezer, fresh foraged and farmed products. Outstanding business practices.

My wife and I have been well over 15 times, maybe 30+, at the time of writing this review. The chef, Chuck, catered our engagement party prior to opening Semolina and every experience has been amazing, accommodating, delicious, and most importantly, CONSISTENT! This review is for the fall menu. From sitting, dining, relaxing, through the end of our experience, the staff approach the table with respect, never feel rushed, and professional through and through. I love that Semolina is BYOB and a great chance to bring out special wine/beer/cocktails. We will be back again, and again!
