Best sub place in the DC area. Been a patron for 35 years and I’ve yet to find a finer sandwich elsewhere. Take your pick really, the steak and cheese is my personal favorite but their BLT, Italian sub, Chicken salad and others are truly exceptional. They also have a huge variety of wines and beers and the owners have become increasingly personable over the years.

This place is the the most expensive local beer and wine around. The owner always increases the price the moment he starts to move/sell a certain type of beer or wine. A month ago a 12 pack of a beer I like was $25 and now it’s almost $30. No other place charges this. Check it out for yourself!

Great sandwiches. Very tasty and made with love. Hits the spot everytime. Plus great selection of cold beers and wine. Good stuff that you want to try. Some stuff is a little pricey but there’s something for everyone. I’m craving a sandwich from there right now and I just ate.

I ordered a Ruben sandwich $9.99. It was ok! I should had gone next door to Dominos… It wasn’t worth the price. Not at all. The deli is in a beer and wine store. I stood there while the lady behind counter played with her phone. She said hello… and finish what she was doing then assisted me… OMG! Never again@
