By the end of the meal my friends and I were already planning bringing our families back.
Great addition to that shopping center and to our community. Keep up the great work. Best of luck Selda ❤️
The service was fast, the place was clean, and the prices were very reasonable for the quality of food. I truly felt like I was enjoying a piece of Turkey right here. Highly recommended for anyone who loves authentic and tasty Turkish cuisine!
Selda does not disappoint! We have been multiple times and th food, service and atmosphere are great every time. I highly recommend the garlic shrimp light bite. Also the bean salad is amazing which comes with many of the dishes. The lamb chops, chicken shish are just a few we have enjoyed. Ask for recommendations from the staff and they will guide you. They are all amazing!
we also ordered lahmacun and it was so good, it genuinely reminded me of the ones i’ve had in turkey also 10 out of 10.
we finished with the beef shish served with rice, and it was perfection. so happy to have discovered this gem. we’ll definitely be coming back ✨
The kebab itself was legendary — I ordered the Beyti Kebab, and it did not disappoint at all. Highly recommended if you’re looking for authentic and flavorful Turkish food!
For appetizers, we ordered the tzatziki, which was excellent and definitely a highlight. We also tried the stuffed dates. This was something new for us. While I personally didn’t enjoy it much, my husband liked it, and it was interesting to see dates served in a savory, salad-style preparation. The halloumi cheese was really good and flavorful, though the portion felt a bit small. It came with only four small pieces, with bell pepper mix underneath. A slightly larger portion would have been nice.
For mains, we ordered Chicken Adana and lamb chops. Unfortunately, both fell short for us. The chicken kebab was dry, not juicy, and lacked flavor. The rice served with it was bland, and the salad on the side didn’t have much seasoning or Mediterranean spice. The lamb chops were also on the drier side and felt under-seasoned. We also didn’t enjoy the rice and peas combination that came with the dishes.
Overall, the restaurant has a nice setting, good service, and some solid appetizers, but the main dishes we tried didn’t stand out in terms of flavor. With more seasoning and attention to juiciness, the food could be much better.
1. Hummus
2. Shrimp Garlic
3. Lamb chops
4. Chichen shish
5. Chicken Adana
is fresh, a really refreshing experience because so many other restaurants in the area don’t use fresh ingredients. I’ve ordered an old fashion here and they did not disappoint. The price is very reasonable especially for what you get here. 10/10 recommend
