Really disappointed with my experience at Seize The Bagel today. I spent about $70 on 4 bagel sandwiches and 2 pastries, which is already extremely expensive for bagels.
The build-your-own bagel option is honestly not worth the price. By the time you add a few simple ingredients, each sandwich ends up close to $20, which is kind of insane for a bagel sandwich.
What made it worse is that the order wasn’t even correct. I ordered a sesame bagel with vegan sausage, vegan egg, and vegan herb cream cheese. Instead, I got veggie sandwich with no vegan egg, the sausage was cold and I honestly wondered if the sausage was even vegan, and none of the bagels were toasted. I was charged $3 extra for a vegan egg that I did not get!
I wasn’t given a receipt, which made it impossible to double-check anything!
For the prices they charge, the food should at least be made correctly and served as ordered. Unfortunately this experience made the bagels feel completely not worth the cost.
I will not be coming back.

Great food, terrible coffee. Customer service is great when ordering but condescending if you have an issue with your coffee. Should really look into the water to espresso ratio for Americanos or a stronger blend. Water is not measured rather just the cup filled up with water from the soda fountain so it makes sense why the taste is off.

Worst online order experience I have ever had! I understand that at lunch it is busier but I had to stand and stare are my ready order for almost 10 mins! One lady was keeping her head down and wouldn’t acknowledge me, when she finally did she asked me to wait a few more mins. I understand they are busy but she was right next to my order and it would have taken her no time just to hand it to me. Finally her coworker noticed I was still waiting for my order and politely stepped in and grabbed it for me within a min! When I finally got home, I was unhappy with the service but just excited to finally get my order. Until I saw half of my order was wrong! I had ordered The Supreme and only received the bagel with cream cheese….that was a $10.25 sandwich and I got a $5 bagel. Awful experience and will not be going back to this location.

Decent little cafe.
The cold brew coffee was decent, they had self serve creamer after you pay which is nice.
The bagel was expensive, but tasted pretty fresh. The obviously compensated for the price by trying to put 1lb of cream cheese on it, which I had to scrap some of it off.
The inside setting was nice, plenty tables and spots to sit.
Would be a good place to bring a group of friends to chill and drink a coffee.

I went today and have been a regular for sometime. Got in my car and back to work to realize that my drink was made with redbull when it was supposed to have lotus. My bagle was also made with the wrong cream cheese. They were very busy however frustrating to have the entire order wrong. Won’t be back.

This place (all locations) can’t toast a bagel correctly. Their conveyor style toaster is set too high of a temp and runs too fast so the bagel isn’t toasted it’s just flash heated. Still doughy. If you ask it to be more toasted, they run it through twice and then it’s burnt, yet still doughy. I’m sick of giving it a chance to be better.

Love seize the bagel! Has been my perfect grab n go bfast spot since moving to the area. Noticed a description change around the egg used for bagel sammies and such that it says its an omelet, not just egg. I made a note on my order, and the team came in clutch and switched to a vegan egg! FYI for my dairy free homies, go for the vegan egg to avoid dairy! TY STB team!

The staff was friendly and made the ordering process a breeze. I opted for the everything bagels, which were good, but I have to say they were missing a little something. However, the bagels themselves were still tasty and satisfying. While I wouldn’t say they were the best bagels I’ve ever had, they were definitely enjoyable and hit the spot.
