Such a cozy spot the perfect mix of fine dining and casual comfort. The vibe is moody, welcoming, and makes you feel right at home. We ordered the Fiesta Platter (paired with their 6EIS Margaritas, which were so good!) and the Ensalada de Caesar — that homemade dressing was a 10/10( we didn’t snap a photo because we inhaled it!). The tacos (asada, pollo, and beef) were all full of flavor and beautifully presented.
The service was incredible. Rob and Elizabeth, the owners, were so kind and attentive. They really made the whole experience feel personal. We had the absolute best experience at Seis! Our group of 10 came from out of town to celebrate our mom’s 60th birthday, and the staff could not have been more accommodating. The chips and salsa were phenomenal, and the vibes were so fun and welcoming. Even though we arrived around 8pm and they were closing soon, we never once felt rushed—everyone truly made us feel right at home.
A special shout-out to our server, Ella, who was the sweetest and took such great care of us. The highlight of the night was when the owner brought out a slice of strawberry tres leches cake for my mom—it was incredible and so thoughtful.
