It all started on a rainy afternoon. My car broke down so I stopped in while I waited. I was greeted by one of the owners. They were so friendly and accommodating, even without a reservation! My server, Denton was super helpful and knew his stuff. We even bonded over our shared taste in music. Get yourself a Riesling! I can see why they were voted the best wine bar in Waco! Do yourself favor and stop by for an order of patatas bravas or two.
So nice, I reviewed it twice!

Had lunch here with a friend and we enjoyed it so much. The food was wonderful, especially the butternut squash soup. Not sweet like many others, but savory and just a tad spicy. Perfect. My friend was very pleased with the wine recommendation, and they also serve local beers. We had several dishes including dessert and they were all excellent and went well together. Highly recommended.

Such a good spot for Waco! It’s so great having a tapas place with some really delicious options and a really quaint atmosphere. Enjoyed absolutely stellar sweet and savory dishes serenaded by live jazz music and a bottle of nicely paired wine. Everything was laid back, but service was so friendly and fast. Highly recommend, and love the class this adds to our downtown! Vegetarians options were aplenty, too.

This is my favorite place in Waco! They have a great wine selection and if (like me), you’re not quite sure what you’re looking for, they are very knowledgeable and can guide you to something that you will love! They make it so approachable!

The tapas are great. I’ve tried many of them at this point and they are all great. Again, the staff is really great at leading you to a good choice for you.

I’ll be back any time I’m in town!

Omg what a fabulous place. The server, Felice was knowledgable and very personable. The owners are a husband and wife team and the food the prepare is spectacular. The butternut squash soup is better than any I have ever had before. I could have drank it down with a straw. There were some amazing pintxos. I want to come back and try more of them but I would recommend the Jamon and Fig and the goat cheese and date. No one could possibly be disappointed eating here. When I come back to Waco I will be coming to this place. I live in Houston and know good food. No place I have been there rivals this place.

A bit expensive, but they had a very good charcuterie board with a nice wine selection. Unfortunately, the grill had closed when I visited at 8:45pm on a Thursday. I didn’t like the Ostatu Rose as much, and they were out of my second choice, the Bandini does Cauces, but the Toro de Piedra Gran Reserve (2021) that Courtney suggested was smooth and delicious at a really good price.

Wonderful place! The owner’s personally greeted me and my fiancé and sat us at our table. Then walked us through their very comprehensive list of wines and tapas. The food was delicious, and the wines carried are of great selection. Everything was amazing, and I would definitely recommend their brunch to anyone I know.

An amazing place to sit, drink, eat and enjoy! The food and wine are both exceptional. I had the patatas bravas and they are the best potatoes I have ever had 🙂 I also had the tuna salad pintxo, which was excellently seasoned. The environment reminded me of a European bar, where you can sit, eat and drink after work or for hours on the weekend. They also had live Jazz which was so nice to listen to while enjoying our meal!

Run, don’t walk! Best breakfast I’ve had in a long time! Potatoes, melt like butter in my mouth, eggs cooked exactly to my request, everything was fresh and delicious. Courtney the owner was an absolute sweetheart! Also the wine she recommended was exceptional! I will frequent this establishment every time I am in the area!
