Came in last night for my girlfriend’s 22nd birthday dinner, although there was a lil delay with the entrees, our amazing server Joe and some other staff talked to us and were both honest and communicative. The drinks we ordered were great and the food we got was even better! Despite us coming a little bit later at night, the staff made the experience amazing and wonderful! Price for the full meal was just shy of $100 so definitely bring a couple extra dollars! But overall, highly recommend the spot! Also if you can, get Joe as your server! He was great!

Well the manager beard me ranting about what I will ans won’t eat and challenged me to try something. Well I am a changed man. This place is awesome. Try it out. You won’t be disappointed..

Stopped in for dinner with a bunch of coworkers and all were happy with their meals. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The portions were generous and reasonably priced. The Chilean Sea Bass with Shrimp was amazing! I’m definitely returning to try other dishes.

One of our favorite places! The food here is fantastic and plentiful!! Matt and Karen at the bar make you feel at home and make the best drinks! Great wine selection and haven’t had a dish we did not love! This week’s special – Squid Ink paella with lobster! UNREAL! Try the grilled Octopus and Pork Chop Segovia! And the steaks! Escargot, lamb, fish, bacon, it’s all amazing!

I’m really not one to write reviews but this place is totally not worth the price. What looks like a refurbished diner is exactly that. Ordered a chicken dish. Took 25 minutes to come out. Oversized portion. Enough for an entire family. As it they’re trying to offload their stock. It was absolutely DROWNING in sauce. More like soup with chicken in it. Rice comes on a separate plate with chips. No spice. No flavor. Any of it. You would be better bringing your own spices with you. The woman behind the bar was even talking about another restaurant and how incredible their food is when yours is well below mediocre. This might make for a good meal if you’re traveling etc.. but a night out? Go anywhere else. Blehh. And for $37! Forget it. I can find better street meat in nyc. Would love to see some celeb chef tear this place to pieces.

The service is good but the food has gone downhill steadily since we’ve been coming here . We were just here for Valentine’s Day and The fish I had was bland and tasteless. My boyfriend ordered the Segovia platter and the portions are significantly smaller, the shrimp and crab meat had no taste and they were tough and chewy. I don’t know if they changed cook in the kitchen, but the food is not the way it used to be. We will be searching at another place to eat in the future. For the prices that they charge it’s not worth eating here again.

What a joke and embarrassment for this, once fine restaurant. I made reservations for two on Christmas day. We arrive on time , no worries. Been here before, but, first impressions are everything. We were brought to a table for two, pushed near a beam. The moment we sat down, and i placed my hand on the table it tilted and woobled like a pinball machine. No matter the effort they made to balance it with all sorts of things, it just didn’t belong in that spot. I requested a better spot, and the server either didn’t understand me, or was deaf. Adios Segovia forever. You should have your floor or tables fixed !

First time at their new location in Oakland. Some of the favorites on the menu from the other locations but also specials and menu items only at this location good mix. Place is beautiful and packed their lot and the overflow lots were both full and people were parking on side streets and walking. They do not accept reservations for less than 6 but wait isn’t bad and they have alot of tables they can turn over. Service was good but our server seem to have a lot of tables maybe just short staffed it happens. We order a pitcher of white sangria very good and I had the soft shell crabs on their specials and they were perfect you get 3 full crabs where most places only give you 2. Was a wonderful surprise. Dessert i had the chocolate moose cake was delicious and light. Definitely know what they are doing. Place is little pricey but you will not leave hungry great portions. Will highly recommend for a nice night out.
