While driving through Siloam, I stumbled across this restaurant. I ordered the crab rangoons and hibachi noodles with chicken and shrimp. I was initially unsure about the crab rangoons due to the shape and wrapping they were in – but they turned out to be very enjoyable. The entrees were well seasoned, and the vegetables were tender and thoroughly cooked. I was pleasantly surprised! The service was excellent, and the staff was friendly.

I ordered take out and really enjoyed the food. The restuarant itself it pretty basic. You go to the counter and order. You can dine in or carry out. I had a capitillar roll and some crab rangoon. The roll was delicious, just as good as a fancy place. The rangoon were pretty good. My only complaint is that the wrapper skin was a little too thick, but the filling was spot on. For the price I thought it was a great meal!

The price for steak, lobster and shrimp not worth its price $30+ oh no . Entire plate for lil over $30 no don’t do it. Go to Panda in Springdale and pay $16 without the lobster and all you can eat.

Amazing food at an amazing price for what you get ! It tastes extremely delicious. Whatever sauce they use on the shrimp +chicken+steak hibachi is heavenly

The service was great. You ordered at the counter. The place was clean too. There are only a few tables if you want to dine in, but everything is in a Togo container, so I think that’s super convenient because I always have leftovers.

So I used to love this place and even got people going just to be disrespected by being told that we couldn’t dine-in with my service dog (we’ve dined here before mind you) because someone in the kitchen was scared of dogs and when she was told that was illegal she proceeded to tell me that they would literally have a panic attack if they seen him. Well my service dog keeps me, a Veteran, from having panic attacks. They lost this regular for their ignorance.

The fried rice is so flipping good!! This has become one of my go-to places here in Siloam Springs for lunch! I’ve gotten the chicken, the steak, the shrimp. Basically almost the whole menu! They give you a generous amount of food and for a good price! I think one meal can prob feed an adult and a child! Also ask for extra yum yum sauce. I’m not sure why, but the fried rice and yum yum sauce go so good together! This is a great place for someone to come grab a quick lunch because you eat by yourself and don’t want to get caught by your coworker that you eat alone. OR bring all your coworker here because you will open their taste buds to new delicious food! Need to bring a date? No worries because your date will prob enjoy eating here too!

I really wanted to love this place. With a 4.8-star average, I was excited to finally find a great hole-in-the-wall Japanese spot in Siloam Springs. My wife and I stopped in for a late lunch, and while the restaurant itself is very plain, it was clean, inviting, and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier. Those first impressions — along with the small, focused menu — had us thinking we were in for some truly fresh, high-quality Japanese food.

Unfortunately, the food just didn’t live up to that expectation.

We started with the eggrolls, which tasted exactly like frozen, pre-made eggrolls dropped straight into the fryer. They were soft and mushy inside, lacking flavor, and definitely not freshly made. My chicken hibachi followed the same trend — not terrible, but heavily sauced and with that unmistakable texture of chicken that’s been frozen and reheated. The vegetables were clearly frozen as well; seasoned fine, but nowhere near fresh.

My wife’s salmon hibachi was seasoned decently and not fishy, but again had the distinct taste and texture of frozen fish. The fried rice had potential, but without the usual mix of veggies and with only tiny bits of egg, it ended up bland, overly peppered, and one-note.

For over $40, this meal simply didn’t match the price point — especially when the same amount spent in Bentonville or Rogers would get you legitimately fresh hibachi with restaurant-quality ingredients. As it stands, the food here is essentially fast-food quality sold at middle-of-the-road Japanese steakhouse prices. If I had to compare, Segoku is the McDonald’s of hibachi: quick, edible, but not fresh and not worth the cost.

The bright side? With genuinely fresh ingredients, this place could be fantastic. The staff is wonderful, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the menu is set up for success. A commitment to freshness would completely transform the experience.

The food was good . Nothing over the top was not busy at all. The service was fast and very polite. The dinning area did need a sweeping. All in all a good spot.

Fantastic food! It’s no wonder this place went from a food truck, to a full restaurant. The food is great and the staff are all very kind. It’s become a regular place to get dinner.
