I give them a 3.5. I ordered margaritas and a steak taco dinner. Margarita’s were great – I would go back just for those! The steak in the taco’s had flavor, so I liked that. My advice for the restaurant is to double wrap the taco’s with two corn shells because my taco fell apart right away. I had to eat one with a fork. The beans were good. My rice was cold. Small rice & beans portion, but that was fine with me. Someone who eats more, may need extra food. We didn’t order chips n salsa because there’s an extra charge for them. We’re not big eaters, so we skipped order that.
The atmosphere – it was really loud, but that’s because the tables are so close together. The lady at the table next to me was screaming in my ear talking with her group. People need to be mindful of their voice projection in a tight space like this.

The food is great and the view of Pewaukee Lake is amazing. We took our food to go so that we could listen to live music on the beach.
Get the seasoned chips! They raise the chips and salsa experience up a notch.
The enchiladas were very good as was the steak quesadilla. Weirdly enough, their rice was quite subpar; it’s like they used a parboiled rice and it’s overly crunchy.

I went to this place mostly for the atmosphere. I got a beer and chips with Salsa. Basic and fair price, as you can see in the attached receipt. Now I ran out of salsa and requested another small container. I enjoyed the second one and still had lots of chips remaining as you can see in the picture. Then the bill came. It charged me $4 for the extra salsa (chips with one salsa $5.95). I expressed my surprise to the waitress and wish she would have told me about the extra charge before hand. She apologized. Next I notice a $.67 charge for using my credit card. Again not disclosed in advance. I was disappointed with the service and I will not come back because of the reasons above.

We’ve been going here for years, and it’s always a great experience. The service is consistently friendly and attentive, and the food is amazing every single time — fresh, flavorful, and made just right. It’s a place you can always count on. Highly recommend!

Drinks are fine. View is great. Service is good. But… to say this is authentic Mexican food? Ha! Far from it. There are many better places. It’s absolutely flavorless, and lacking in so many ways. I really have no idea why this place is so popular.

We started out on the patio but due to the weather, we moved inside. Restaurant was not too busy. Seester’s does not serve complimentary chips and salsa. Margarita was worth the price due to the amount of Patron Tequila.
We order a ground beef burrito which was very delicious. Ample amount of food for that dinner plate. Enough to share. We also ordered 2 Street Tacos…steak and fried avocado. Had to bring left overs home.

Good food and better people watching. We sat outside on the patio area and enjoyed the beach view. The waitresses were very friendly and the prices were more reasonable than many other options in the same area.

Excellent guacamole and spiced chips. The Pico de gallo didn’t have too much flavour. Steak taco (excellent), chicken guac & spinach taco (very good), el pastor [pork] (was ok).
The service is EXCELLENT and friendly, and location is AMAZING…across from the beach!!!
I wish they had a wider selection of authentic Mexican dishes other than tacos/burritos/quesadillas.
Overall it was a very good experience 🙂

My family and I absolutely love it here! Food is fabulous! My favorite are the shrimp enchiladas with poblano cream sauce and a fresh genuine marg! The fresh guacamole and pico with seasoned chips are a must for me!! Staff is very friendly, personable, and attentive.. and to top it off you can’t beat the outdoor dining with a beautiful view of the lake! I Highly recommend dining here
