All of the food is plant based and really stands out for creativity and freshness. They have a vegan omelette that needs to be experienced. Phenomenal. The chilaquiles was a close second. To top it off they have small batch hot sauces that are made locally in Asbury Park. Cold brewed coffee was great. Service was fast and courteous A+

Yummy baked goods that contain no animal products. They have the best vegan pop tarts I have ever had. Nice employees.
Update.
Was able to come back again and enjoyed it very much. Their coconut bacon is so much better than any other coconut bacon I have had.
Their carrot lox was not reminiscent of lox to me and the cream cheese was a little thin (biting into the bagel made it go everywhere) but it was still a great bagel. One of the best vegan places around.

This is one of my favorite vegan bakeries in the area. I love open space concept and being able to watch them create the food. The staff is friendly and I’ve always been pleased with my food and/or drinks. My go to order is the BLT bagel and a latte. Always delicious. And my kids love the baked goods. I’ve noticed more to go items recently which is always a plus. Seating is limited.

As a vegan, one of the things you miss out on is bagel sandwiches. But seed to sprout bakery has filled that void. Their bagels are delicious and the sandwich options will make your vegan bagel sandwich dreams come true. I had the BLT sandwich and my husband ordered a tofu scramble and cheese bagel. Both were amazing. It’s a cute little location with select seating. They also have coffee and tea and some other breakfast options like frittatas, baked goods, and more. It’s a new favorite for me.

Highly recommend this vegan bakery! Everything was delicious and the cake was exactly what we wanted! There was a small mix up with the cakes and another customer was accidentally given our cake today. However, while we waited for the customer to drop off our cake at the bakery, the women who stayed after closing today was very sweet and gave us coffee and scones to apologize for the mixup while we waited. That was very sweet and we really appreciate it! We will definitely be ordering again in the future!

My fave. I go to seed to sprout bakery way more often than I’d like to admit. Everything is always perfect, and all vegan !!!

Everything is vegan and delicious. The drinks and smoothies are excellent, as are the brownies, cookies and other treats. They don’t have a very large selection of baked goods, however, which I thought was odd for a bakery. Some of their cakes and cupcakes are way too sugary for my taste, so I wish they had more savory baked goods. Still, it’s one of the only vegan bakeries around. I like their restaurants even better.

The location is good. It’s quaint, staff are friendly and helpful but portion size is very small. We took the avo toast which consisted of 1 slice of toast with thin spread of avocado with a sprinkling of seed toppings. It was delicious but too small and left me hungry. The turmeric lemonade was fresh and well made. Personally think that for the price they should consider increasing portion size.

I have great experiences here for the most part. The menu is great and the food is delicious. I typically call ahead to place orders so that I can pick up the food and depart quickly. My last visit, though, was not as satisfying as usual. I called ahead to have a sandwich prepared and I arrived at the bakery to be told it hadn’t been made. I wasn’t bothered much and was willing to wait. I told the woman at the register what my order was and she rang me up. After she had already taken my money, she informed me that the ingredients I wanted in my order were not available. Instead of giving me a refund, she made the sandwich on a bagel that I disliked because it was the only one left. People call ahead in the first place to insure that their orders are correctly made and available for pickup upon arrival. I understand that this location has newer employees and that they are still in the training process, but I was upset that nobody behind the counter offered to give my money back ($6.50 for a bagel sandwich) when my order couldn’t be completed correctly. One in food service should check to see what is available before orders are fulfilled. As a former food service employee, I can say that my manager would have been livid with me if I made a mistake and didn’t offer a refund. I will still continue to visit this location because I love it so much, but I’m sure that many other people I know would have stopped giving their business after that experience. Seed To Sprout is a hidden gem with a wonderful atmosphere and excellent food selection. However, I will likely not place an order over the phone again. I gave three stars because of the pricing and confusion of the staff that I witnessed during my prior visit and one before. Otherwise, the place is excellent.

I LOOOOVE this bakery! Awesome team serving vegan deliciousness with lots of love! Ordered vegan desserts for our holiday party and the mini cupcakes and cookies were delicious! So lucky we get to indulge at seed to sprout as often as we do! Definitely worth visiting!
