I have been coming to this location since 2008. This family Owned Business has always been my to go to for excellent food. Everything on the menu is delicious ✅ . The customer service is the equivalent of calling Auntie, Uncle or Cousin for a plate. It a true experience of authentic meals and care of and for the customers and recurring. As well as the orders are prepared in a timely manner ☺️.

I have gone to this place for years because the food is fresh and good. When I called to place an order today 1/5/2026 to treat my son for his birthday because he was too tired to go out to dinner, I was disappointed by the rudeness of the person over the phone. She had me on hold for 4 mins and I hung up and called back. She immediately picked up and took my order. When she finished I told her she must have forgotten I was on hold then she proceeded to ignore that statement and ask was that all. I said did you hear me she said yes then told me how she was the only person taking orders blah blah blah no apology. I said a simple apology would suffice without a lecture on how busy you are. It was as if that is an excuse for her snappy IDK, whatever tone and I should understand because she said she did nothing wrong. Well you lost a customer. I will spin the block 20 times and go elsewhere to spend my money before I come back here. My money only spend at places that appreciate their customers. I am a polite and as a customer, especially deserves kindness. This rudeness I see have been noted before.

It’s been a while since I last ordered from this location and I think this will be my last. I stopped patronizing this location about 7 months ago due to the rudeness from the cashier. Decided to try it again today and immediately regretted it once I got home with my food. I ordered a large pepper steak, which was already over priced, but what I received was a container with about 80% of bell peppers & onions and 20% of meat! I literally could count the pieces of steak. You would’ve thought I ordered bell pepper and gravy! I’ve ordered this many times and never received an order liked this! The cook clearly knew they over did it with the bell peppers and onions. On top of that, the steak did not taste fresh at all. I should’ve taken heed when I pulled up and the parking lot was empty, on top of having two customers inside. You would also think they were busy as long as they kept me on hold. This place use to be crowded, and not just on the weekend. The customer service, the prices and quality of their food is unacceptable. Beyond disappointed and will not be going back..

Food tastes great, but the cashier has a terrible attitude. She didn’t want some smelly woman in the restaurant and she proceeded to leave the front door wide open when the temperature was in single digits. One customer asked her to close the door and she yelled at him just because he wanted the door closed (yet she was behind a closed door). She was yelling and talking to him with no respect and then went and finally slammed the door shut.

This is my experience and my OWN opinion. The cashier / order taker is RUDE and has a very nasty disposition toward their customers. This will be my last time spending my hard working cash at this establishment. The cashier became very belligerent with a customer and began speaking in their language even when the customer left the store and in front of other customers. This kind of customer service is unacceptable. WE must stop supporting this kind of abuse and patronage this kind of disrespect. Please take your dollars somewhere else.

NEVER GET A DELIVERY FROM HERE!! I CALLED AN HOUR AND A HLAF BEFORE THEY CLOSED AND THEY NEVER DELIVERED MY ORDER AND WHEN I CALLED TO ACQUIRE ABOUT MY ORDER THEY RUDELY TOLD ME THEY WERE CLOSED AND SAID I DID NOT CALL WHEN I HAVE PROOF IN MY CALL LOG I CALLED I EVEN GOT CASH OFF MY CARD BECAUSE THEY SAID THEIR SYSTEM WAS DOWN AND THEY COULDN’T TAKE CARD JUST FOR THEM TO NOT MAKE MY ORDER AT ALL LIKE FR?! AND HOW WOULD I KNOW THEIR SYSTEM IS DOWN IF I DIDN’T TALK TO ANYONE ?? I have been coming here for years. The food is always good but their customer service is horrible. The Asian girl that takes your orders. She’s rude as hell and I had to check her. She no longer gives me that sassy attitude. I still see her being rude to others. I love the shrimp egg foo young and chicken wings. If there was a better place in the area. I would go there instead of coming here.
