Placed an order via Uber Eats and the restaurant gave the driver the wrong order. I called the restaurant and they stated I could pick it up. Called back to let them know I would pick it up, they told me 15 mins, I waited about 10 mins before I left out. Made it there and walked right up to the counter, told them who I was and they told me one moment. After another 30 mins, possibly longer, I walked back up to the counter and asked again and my food had already been sitting there ready for a while, no one told me it was ready. I tried to be patient because I could see they were pretty busy.

First and foremost, I want to thank the lady at the front counter. She was very open and honest about food suggestions. Though it was very busy, she took time to help me since I have very specific food allergies. The food was prepped in a timely manner during dinner rush. The prices are very reasonable and you get more then you paid for. I will definitely be coming back and looking forward to asking the young lady for assistance once again!

Wasn’t busy inside the restaurant but phones was busy, Had a nice lady taking orders But, so Much going on took My order and the order was totally wrong when I got home was very Hungry open the order was not what I ordered and the food wasn’t cook threw (raw) called back to let know. Got the run around about replacing $20+ loss first time, last time. Customer Satisfaction is a must in the business. Food for Thought..

I know not to expect too much from hood Chinese restaurants but this was ridiculous. The general tsu and orange chicken was burnt and had no sauce. When I asked for a refund, no one there knows how to do it apparently. Then they said to bring the dishes to the restaurant for a refund. I got it delivered. Do you really think I want to leave the house? Never again.
