I had dinner at the new location in Chester. The waitress was so sweet and really good overall. It nice to eat and be able to watch the football game. The food was good, the only I was sad about is that they didn’t have the crab artichoke dip like the other locations. So please put that on the menu! I’ll definitely be back!

The food arrived completely cold, which was disappointing, especially for dishes like steak. However, the staff handled the situation professionally and gave us a discount for the inconvenience. The atmosphere was nice, and I appreciate that they tried to make things right.

The atmosphere is nice and the restaurant full.
The soup and mushroom appetizer were sent back because they were lukewarm with the plate being warmer than the food.

The remake was hot as requested. The Caesar salad was very good.

There were long delays between server visits to the table so drink refills were slow as a result.

The main course was requested with just mushrooms, but came out with marsala sauce. They use runners that could not identify the dishes being served.

Of the other two dishes, the bourbon pork was great. Love the sauce.
Unfortunately the 3rd dish, the chuckwalla chicken has a hair on the plate causing a remake to-go because we were there for almost 2 hours with the remakes.
In all fairness, a hair can happen anywhere, it just lessened the experience that much more.
Management made it right and apologized etc.
The place is new, perhaps we will try again once the crew is more seasoned working together.

I have been to other locations before and wanted to try this one, and we’re glad we did. Our waitress, I believe her name was Ana, had an awesome attitude. She was extremely friendly, joked with us, and made the whole experience even better.

I ordered the steak tacos with the truffle fries, and they were great. Ana also did an excellent job keeping our drinks full the entire time, which we really appreciated.

The inside was a little smaller than I expected, but it still had a great atmosphere. Once the weather warms up, I can see the patio being a great spot to enjoy a meal as well.

My family and I had a lovely dinner. We had the crab stuffed mushrooms, buffalo cauliflower bites which were outstanding! We enjoyed the surf and turf pasta! All of our food was wonderful. Our server Ana was a delight and Hanz the manager was so nice to come around, we had a nice conversation. We also enjoyed a night out by the fire pit! We look forward to coming back to this location again soon!

The Devil’s Pass Pasta was exceptional , as was the flight of margaritas! The service at the bar was the worst of any other location , which in the first hour of operation is unforgivable! I doubt I’ll return or recommend.

We were driving from Niagara Falls to Myrtle Beach South Carolina and called to make a reservation……Was told we didn’t Need one. Needless to Say….MAKE THEM GIVE YOU A RESERVATION!!! When we arrived The “RUDE” GREATER SAID “WELL WE WEREN’T BUSY AN HOUR AGO”!!! SO WE SAT AT THE BAR!!! SO GLAD WE DIDN’T LET HER ATTITUDE MAKE US LEAVE!!!!

The only good part was the food and the French press coffee. From the moment we walked in the staff was unkind, pushy and rude. Asked for a booth was sat in the bar had to ask twice even though they were not busy. Seated where we could watch the staff gossip and act like children. Our waitress was not attentive and real unfriendly when serving us. We were not offered drinks more than once, or if we needed anything else. Felt more like we were annoying her. Honestly you should spend your time and money where they appreciate your presence. I won’t ever go back felt like a glorified roadhouse. no thanks. Do better.

Terrible experience, got a cheese burger and the bun was so burnt might as well eat charcoal. The burger wasn’t anything special, sad when I enjoyed the broccoli better then the burger. Also went for happy hour, but they didn’t ring us up for our happy hour drinks so when getting the bill it was 25$ off, they got a Manager to “fix” the bill but it was still wrong. On happy hour canned beer is 50% off. They only gave us 25%. After waiting for over 30 mins to get the first issue resolved I decided not to press any further and decided this place is a joke and won’t be back. Lived in chester my whole life and so damn tired of the terrible chains they bring here. At least get a cook that won’t burn bread.
