This was my first visit and loved it! The atmosphere is modern and welcoming; the server was attentive and very pleasant. The menu has a wonderful variety and the food is delicious! Shrimp & Grits, Key Lime Pie was some of the best I ever had! Can’t wait to come back.

Came here on Valentine’s Day. My server Lexi made sure my meals would be shellfish and gluten free. Also love how many gluten free options there are too. I had the devils pass dip which was so flavorful and had the cheeseburger which was good too. Also tried the chocolate decadence which is gluten free too, very rich chocolate flavor

We walked in at 5 pm as a party or 6 (4 adults (one in a wheelchair) and 2 kids (both under age 3) and they sat us at the perfect table within 5 minutes. Our server was quick, kind, and patient. Our food was incredible! Fresh, hot, and flavorful. We will definitely be back!

I’ve been to Sedona several times over the years. There is outside seating that is nice on a beautiful day or evening. The dining area is nice and spacious. The lighting and ambiance is calming. There is also a bar with a large selection of Tap beer. The waitstaff and hostess are friendly and attentive. I definitely recommend visiting Sedona Tap House and giving them a try. They also have a rewards program you can join.

This evening’s service exhibited notable inconsistencies. While my previous experiences at this establishment have been consistently positive, the bar service tonight was unsatisfactory. I recommend that management address these discrepancies to ensure a more uniform customer experience. It is worth noting that during the recent snowstorm, the managers at the bar provided exceptional service. Furthermore, a contributing factor to a decline in our visits has been the perceived inadequate training of your associates. I respectfully request that you provide additional training to your staff and instruct them to involve a manager when they are uncertain about a particular situation.

I have always loved this place but love it more after last night! The exact opposite of my review of another place from just the night before. I went with my husband and son for my Birthday. I have celiacs and they are awesome about that! Food came out with gluten free tag! Food as usual was excellent. I had the crab stuffed shrimp! Delicious! We had a gift card from Napa Kitchen which is owned by the same company and we were told we could use it at Sedona. It didn’t work which is ok but I guess they felt bad. I didn’t ask for the manager just for the number of corporate just to see if we just have to use it at Napa. The manager Kaitlyn
came over apologized and gave me a $25 gift card which she really did not have to do! Kaitlyn needs a raise and needs to teach the manager at Wood and Iron some manager skills! I called corporate this morning and Kaitlyn had called last night because of course she doesn’t want this to happen to others. They were lovely also! Just a wonderful company and I will continue to dine at both Sedona and Napa Kitchen!!
