First time visitors on our way to event at John Paul Jones Arena. Great food and service. Gabriel did a nice job making us feel welcome. The seafood entrees were fresh and delicious. They had excellent wine choices and the appetizers were eclectic. Dessert and coffee was a nice way to top off the evening. Everything was perfect.

I’ll be honest, I’m usually a bit skeptical of chain restaurants, but this place quickly proved me wrong. We stopped in on a busy Saturday evening right in Charlottesville and had a great experience from the start.
We grabbed seats at the bar and the service was attentive, fast, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. At times the staff did seem a bit scattered, but it never took away from the experience and certainly didn’t reflect poorly on the restaurant. If anything, it felt more like a team moving quickly to keep up with a lively crowd.
The appetizers were excellent, the beer selection from all over the country was impressive, and the food itself was phenomenal. This was a fantastic find, and based on this experience, I wouldn’t hesitate to visit another location. A great spot all around and absolutely worth checking out.

All of the food is really great. The goat cheese and tomato jam bruschetta was fantastic. The French Quarter pasta was delicious. Took a while for the server to come by, but once they did, the service was decent. Only bad thing was the table, we were seated at some weird half table booth near the end of the bar. Asked to be moved but said they couldn’t despite three open tables. The two booths behind us only had couples in them so that shouldn’t have been the problem. Overall, the food makes this place worth a visit.

Great place Came by twice. Good food & service. The Chef Mr Wayne /Owner you can tell he Loves what he does & the customers that visit. He came around & spoke to the many customers at the restaurant. I can tell his staff appreciates him ♥️. I had a great conversation with him . Genuine person you can tell in the food he makes in the restaurant. Thank you God Bless ❤️
PS the best wings I have ever had . A wonderful dry rub with a little heat & a hint of sweetness. Boy oh boy The Best Chef ❤️.

STH offers a dependable menu of steaks, sandwiches, salads, and burgers. We recently went hoping for brunch, but since it’s not offered on Saturdays, we ordered from the lunch menu (the strawberry beet salad looked especially tempting). The dessert list sticks with classics like apple tart, brownie sundae, and cheesecake; we tried the chocolate cake, which was satisfying. Overall, this is a good choice for anyone who wants familiar, well-prepared American standards.

Service was great ($$). Unfortunately, we didn’t think the food was food was worth the price. The meals were mediocre, with ratings between 3 and 4 out of 10. The wings were disappointing. The steak on the salad and tacos tasted preprepared, and the “grill marks” looked artificial, like processed “steakette” or “ribette” products.

Every time I visit Sedona Taphouse, I leave full, happy, and already thinking about my next trip back. The southwestern wings are a must — smoky, flavorful, and perfectly spicy. And if you’re hungry, do yourself a favor and get the glazed pork chop with mashed potatoes. It’s massive, cooked to perfection, and the glaze adds just the right touch of sweetness.
Our waitress was super polite and genuinely friendly, which made the experience even better. The service here is consistently great, and it’s clear the staff actually care. The draft and cocktail menu is extensive — whether you’re into local craft brews or creative cocktails, you’ll find something worth sipping.
Portions are generous, prices are fair, and the food quality never disappoints. I come back whenever I can, and I always leave satisfied.

Met up with some friends here, loved the ambiance. They had a huge selection of beers. We were pleased with our beers, ciders and delicious food. Our waitress Annie was very attentive and friendly. Nice outside seating. Clean restrooms, easy accessibility and plenty of parking.

Great food. Steak fritas were perfectly medium rare and well seasoned. Fries were good. It was a little loud on a Thursday night, but conversation among our crowd of six was still reasonably doable. Wife says the shrimp and grits were also good.

Very nice experience overall. We had the devils pass pasta which was sooo good. Creamy spicy penne with chicken. The fillet was also very tender with juicy Brussel sprouts! The bread basket with honey butter also hit just right! The butter tasted light & sweet! The salted caramel cheese cake was decent too. Got orange crush. It grew on you but overall just average cocktail. Service could be more responsive but the manager was nice.
