Super cool little place. Based on reviews and pics, stopped while driving through at about noon.
I hate to sound like a jerk, but this place isn’t good. Had communication issues with the waitress, and the food wasn’t good. I ordered the “certified angus sirloin” steak and eggs with hashbrowns. The eggs were fine. The hashbrowns tasted good, but it sure seemed like a small portion. The steak was a joke. It was sliced about 3/16 of an inch thick, and about a quarter of it was fat. It wasn’t a sirloin. I ordered it medium, but i don’t think its possible to cook a steak that thin to “medium.”
My friend got the chicken and waffles. The waitress asked how he wanted his waffles, which is a question I’d never heard before, and he didn’t know how to respond. Well, she was asking if he wanted syrup or gravy on the waffles. He asked for a cup of each on the side. Well, they forgot the gravy, but he liked the syrup enough that he asked for a second cup. He didn’t get a second cup of syrup, but they remembered and brought out a cup of gravy. The gravy looked terrible. Who knows, maybe its good, but it looked so bad that none of us would dare try it.
The service was slow too. The waitress may have been busy, but as we were the only patrons, idk what she was busy doing.

Had chicken cordon bleu. It was really, really good. Tender chicken. So impressed with this place. Super friendly wait staff. Food comes quickly, too. The Toast tech to pay the check is very convenient.

Went with the family for brunch. MIL got an omelet, she was happy with it. FIL got a bbq chicken. Large plate. He said it was okay. I don’t remember what my husband got, but he said his was good. I got the french toast with hashbrowns. It was okay. Staff is extremely friendly. Prompt service and kept drinks refilled. Not the same menu as online, but could just be it was a Sunday menu. This used to be a favorite. It’s under new management now. They are being diligent on continuing to improve, which shows they are really trying to make this successful. I believe they can do it and would go again. Wishing them the best of luck!

Fantastic food and beautiful wood decor are great things. The real shining star here though is the entire waitstaff. Never have I met a group of ladies who are so dedicated to meeting every diners request, no matter how big or small. When you are waited on at this establishment you are treated to such great and polite service that you could swear you were the only one in the restaurant and they are all there just for you. Simply great, old fashioned polite and prompt service. The kitchen will fulfill your request without a second thought because they are only interested in you leaving with good memories and a tummy full of outstandingly prepared food.

The waiter was on the phone, told the person on the line they would call them back and immediately seated me. I arrived just before the supper menu went into effect. I was given the option of waiting 15 minutes or I could order from the lunch menu. The fish sandwich and clam chowder special from the lunch menu was very good. The waiter checked on me to make sure everything was good.

Had a great first visit. Prime rib was available since it was Saturday night. Wait staff was very polite and very efficient. The entire family enjoyed the whole visit. Food was wonderful in taste and quality. I was a huge fan of how the whole restaurant had an old west saloon type decorum to it.

We were there in a group of 12. Service started great then became non existent. Appetizers were good. The main dishes were not hot and average quality. Twice baked potatoes were tiny and flat. I expected alot better for the price and from the reviews. Our group was very disappointed in the experience. I personally will not return.

We stopped here on our way home. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of food items. I had the Philly cheesesteak with loaded broccoli. Loaded broccoli is genius. My husband had a Reuben and coleslaw. The service was excellent and our food came out fast. I would gladly come again if we are ever in the area.
