This place is more about the atmosphere than the quality of the food. It wasn’t terrible, but not worth at all what they charge. Paid $100(including tip) for 2 people. The fries were pretty plain, the turkey melt was dry and the pizza lacked flavor. Beer is beer, but crazy they charge $17 for a glass. Staff was very friendly and professional.

Delaney was awesome! Shout out to her. Her service you would not think you’re in an airport spot. She was very professional and kind despite the busy time! I got steak and eggs and it wasn’t bad for airport food! Got my hot protein meal in while sitting. They had power plugs on the walls but not on my side where I sat. They do give military discount!

I have not choice to leave one star ⭐️ but honestly thanks to Victor ( the person assisting with finding the right table for customers) did a terrible job , we need a table for 2 and he was so give us the option for table top , I’m 4’11 and always find easy to seat in regular chairs, he said it was no more options because they only have tables for 4 people . I asked for the manager when we waiting the lady behind us got a table for 2. I feel totally discriminated do to my handicap condition, they insisted of offering solutions just said sorry just a policy of the company. What about short people

The pizza was by far the worst pizza I’ve ever been served. The crust was oily and stale. The sauce was too sweet. The cheese was solid and rubbery.
The chicken tenders were too breaded, but cooked fine. It was at least edible.
The honey cortado was actually good. I would get that again if this was the only place open in the airport.

I wondered why this establishment was the only one with available seating since all the other restaurants were full and crowded. Well, that was answered immediately when the hostess asked if we minded sitting at the outside tables. My husband just saw a couple leave a table inside so he kindly asked her if we can sit at that table and that we didn’t mind waiting for it to be cleaned. She gave us the biggest eye roll! Why ask us in the first place then? She and a bartender cleans the table and with attitude she seats us and walks away without saying a word.
Afterwards the same bartender asks us for our drinks and he looks at me so I said water. My husband was ordering his drink and mid-sentence the bartender walks away with zero acknowledgement. Ok, fine no big deal he’ll come back. So he comes back, drops off the water and walks away again without a word. My husband again trying to get his attention only to be completely ignored. That’s when we said screw this place and their terrible service. We immediately left. What a terrible experience all because we asked to sit at another table. We asked politely and told them no rush. Why the disrespect? Yea, this place won’t last long. Disgustingly unprofessional staff.

Had to actually walk out of this place. Hostess asked if sitting outside on the rail would be okay, but just saw a couple by a window leave. We requested that spot and told the hostess we we’re okay waiting as it hadn’t been bussed yet. Ohhh boy the biggest eye roll and attitude from her. Didn’t say a word to us after, just bussed the table and gave us menus. After a brief wait, the server comes up to take our drink order. I wanted their ‘Inn’ Fashioned, but didn’t get a chance to request as after my wife said water he abruptly walked away. Thought no biggie, I’ll order my drink when he brings the water. He comes back and drops the waters off, I begin to say I’d like to order a drink and guy just walks away again! After that, my wife and just got up and left. Beware the short guy with the hipster moustache, full jerk.

Food was lackluster but what made it not worth the trip was the service provided by Madeline Y. Multiple tables had received their food first, multiple mistakes with the entrees, even refilling our water cups took way too long. Was wanting a nice, quick sit down eat but after this experience, I would have rather eaten at Einstein bros bagels.

I’ve passed this establishment waiting for my flights for years and it was always so busy, I never attempted to try it out. Today, on Thanksgiving no less, I spotted a vacant barstool, sat down, and then spent a good hour and a half having a very pleasant time. The staff were friendly and very cool, the food I saw served looked delicious, and all the customers looked pleased. My two Mimosas were spectacular. Second Bar & Kitchen is fantastic!!!!
