Seby’s is easily the best NY style pizza I have had in Central Florida. I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s the best in Florida. Every once in while, you happen to find establishments like Seby’s, where from the warm greeting at the door to everything that leaves the kitchen is done passionately and genuinely. From the water that goes into the dough, how long the dough is aged, his family’s marinara and vodka sauce recipes, all these things culminate into amazing pies that literally wouldn’t exist without Sebastian’s passion for the craft.

I cannot say enough great things about this pizza restaurant. Truly one of the best I’ve tried in this area. The garlic knots were perfect and the pizzas that we ordered were simply delicious. They also have excellent service as it was heavily raining the night we came in for dinner and an employee (I believe may have actually been the owner) helped my husband bring our leftover pizza out to the car by holding an umbrella for him. Thank you so much for a fantastic dinner experience! We definitely plan to return.

I happened upon this place one day by accident a few months ago. I was in the area and just dying for pizza. I read the reviews so I ordered a small cheese pizza to go. I sat in my car in the parking lot and ate the whole thing because I couldn’t wait to get home, it smelled so good. I was able to get back today to sit down and eat. The owner was very friendly and made us feel right at home. In fact, there’s a sign at the cash register saying “no tipping”. When I asked about it, he said “you’re a guest in our home, no tipping allowed”. Pizza was as good as I remembered. Fresh ingredients, sauce was tangy and not overcooked, which a lot of pizza places tend to do. Cheese was gooey and yummy with a crisp crust! Perfect, New York style pizza! Highly recommend if you’re from “up north” and can’t find any worthy pizza in Florida! It’s legit!

Absolutely loved this pizza place! The pizza has incredible flavor, it’s fresh, perfectly cooked, and clearly made with care. The wings are just as impressive…crispy, flavorful, and some of the best I’ve had. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy a meal. What really sets this place apart, though, is Chef Willie. He’s incredibly friendly, passionate about his food, and makes you feel like part of the family the moment you walk in. Amazing! We started with the Seby sliders and I have to say those have to be the best meatballs I’ve had in years!! We ordered two small pies (Nolita and Buffalo chicken). Both were a 10/10 – fresh, tasty, beautiful pies but I will say the Nolita was my absolute fav!! Overall, friendly service, delicious pizza -had a NYC nostalgia I thoroughly enjoyed.

Seby’s is THE best pizza. Order literally anything on the menu, Seby doesn’t miss. Appetizers are so good, the zucchini fries, provolone wedges, don’t even get me started on the meatballs. Every pizza is clearly made by a man who loves pizza. From a classic Brooklyn cheese pie to the best Hawaiian that will make any pineapple on pizza denier a true believer, they’re all amazing, no notes. Seby is passionate about pizza and it shows. Plus he’s a real nice guy, treating guests like family. It’s a perfect neighborhood pizza spot. We ❤️ Seby’s!

The staff are so nice and sweet. I love all the NY decor.
Everything we ordered was delicious. The pizza is thin and crispy with a good amount of sauce and cheese that did not affect the crispiness. The meatballs were tender and flavorful. Indoor seating with 2 tables outside. We will be back to try more items. We loved it.

wow the pizza, the wings, the mozzarella sticks, and the garlic bread was just amazing. It’s hard to find places with good pizza and a good atmosphere. I would recommend this place to anyone! a huge plus is that they carry inca cola ‼️
