The food is made fresh and served hot. The flavors were really nice, I got the spicy chicken and it was awesome. The plate size is big, for something lighter go with a bowl. Food was served pretty quickly after ordering. A go to spot for me now

Fresh made food! Came here right before the lunch rush but still had to wait about 10 minutes for the food to be ready. They get really busy between 12-1pm, so plan accordingly.
I tried the fried Oreos and they we good but it was odd to me that they were served over a bed of cabbage lol. Nevertheless, the meal plate we ordered was fresh and delicious.

Decent fast casual Japanese place on Hospitality Lane in SanBernardino. The best thing about this place is the hostess! Super nice and efficient. We had Bento boxes. The presentation was perfect, and so I had high expectations. However the steak teriyaki (at a place named the best teriyaki) was okay grade, but cold. The teriyaki sauce was very thin and super salty, more like soy sauce. The edamame was good but COLD yech. The gyoza was excellent…crispy and flavorful, although deep fried not pan fried. Rice was fine. The salad was mostly white iceberg, and the dressing was medical whip, not the expected tangy Japanese dressing. No miso soup. The shrimp tempura was cooked perfectly, but there was some dirty intestine left in there from poor cleaning…gross!!. The facility smells strongly of pinesol, but otherwise the dining room was nicely decorated and spacious. Plenty of seating. The bathroom was seriously disgusting. Mismatched toilet tank cover, black slime deposits on the lower 4 inches of wall tile, nasty sink and gross pee puddle on the floor. To the owner: you can do better. Cost was $56 for two bento boxes and 1 can of coke and 8 gyoza. Outrageous! This place could easily earn another star or two if some improvements are made.

Hard pass
Food is overpriced for what it is, better options nearby like ONO or In N out. The lunch bowl comes to $14-15. Customer service is extremely lacking…even for what it is , didn’t expect much from a Chinese restaurant during lunch time but still worse than expected as far as basic decency. Indoor area is very small ,not suitable for dine in either. Slow to prepare food as well.

It was good and fast. The food tasted good the only thing I wished was the A/C worked a little better inside but after all the building is older hahah. Besides that the place tasted really really good. Great little place to go eat.

This is my go to spot for lunch when I’m feeling some sushi or chicken teriyaki! It is so good and fresh! They gal in front is always so nice! The little complimentary soup is my favorite! So good I definitely recommend this place . Right on hospitality lane at the TGIF parking lot. Check this place out they have good chicken bowls and also great bento box! The price is always right as well!

Highly recommend the Spicy Tuna Bowl! We have been coming here for 15 years and the food quality has remained excellent, the service is always warm and friendly. Hope that they never go away!

Slow and fine. It was ok. Bento had generous serving size. Very slow service, waited 25min for our food after ordering at 12:40 :/ Hard to enjoy eating in a rush.

Anna the server and cashier is always very friendly with a great smile. The food is always tasty and fresh. This is certainly a gem to find for takeout Japanese cuisine especially in the Inland Empire. We commute from Lake Arrowhead just to eat here. My favorite item to order is the Chicken Bento with Tempura and salad substituted for fried rice. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone who loves Japanese food.
