We ordered on line and hit delivery.
Okay a mistake was made saying it was for pickup.
You would think they would have called to say, Hi your orders ready for pickup. But no… I called to see when my delivery will be here?
There response was it says pickup.
My response was no it was supposed to be delivered. Oh ok we can deliver it for an additional 5 dollars. Ok fine we are hungry. Well they delivered a cold pizza and mozzarella sticks.
Now I’m going to call the credit card company to explain this. Get it together seasons pizza.

We ordered a calzone which looked a lot like a stromboli to me. I think it had a few different cheeses in it along with chicken olives and spinach but you can put whatever you want in it. The food was really good until I looked under our table and there was a baby mouse. My buddy was gonna step on it but I asked him not too. Then we saw another one which I did capture a photo of. Mice infestation made my buddy pretty disgusted but I fed the mouse an olive. We won’t be going back to this location.

This looks like a cheap pizza joint, and I probably wouldn’t have even bothered trying it if I weren’t already in the neighborhood. But this is actually the VERY BEST pizza I’ve had in all of Baltimore. I simply cannot recommend this place enough. Even the customer service is stellar. My one complaint is that it took a while to get our food, but a little patience never hurt anyone.

It’s not the first time this has happened to me at this location 5901 Eastern Ave Baltimore, MD 21224 I love the food always hot and how I like it but the customer service is the worst the manager who I don’t know the name always responds in a rude way, whether I place an order for delivery or go personally his attitude is never the best towards a customer, he is rude and arrogant the food is good but for this kind of people they don’t make me want to return to this place, I hope and do something with him.

I have been to Seasons Pizza several times now which in itself lets you know that I have some positive things to say.
First off I like the clean modern look of the building from the outside. The interior has a warm feel with wood tones and autumn colors. They have 3 aisles of seating and the place is never packed as they do deliver so most people use that option. When I go back I’ll get pics.
But they are missing out on the attention paid to plating and serving. For instance I ordered the turkey club and it came neatly cut into triangles pinned perfectly together with toothpicks. And it was delicious!
The vegetarian white pizza is so good I have to give it a special shout out. The menu is full of vegetarian options, and the company stresses its use of fresh, unprocessed ingredients. You can taste the difference.
Prices are reasonable. The only inconsistency has been the service at the register, but it has never been bad. They get and deserve a 5 star rating.

Called to try the signature cheesesteak, the girl who answered the phone didn’t know the steak, and said they don’t have cooper cheese. Guess I’m not trying a cheesesteak here or anything else. Staff whose job it is to take orders, should know the menu!!
