Im willing to try an establishment at least once, but sometimes once is enough. I purchased a pizza from Season’s in Midway Plaza on Kirkwood Hwy, but haven’t tried it yet. Will update once I do.
I had to do my review on the service 1st.
Front staff, 2 different females didn’t seem to friendly or happy to provide service. Their personality appeared dry and so did there service. The one who started walked away without the courtesy of saying anything. A different female returned & asked how we are paying. When asked how long they would be running a particular promotion. The answer I was given was, “I dont know. They dont tell us.” Wow! Not too often that I eat at Season’s Pizza, but when I do, it definitely will not be this on on Kirkwood Hwy in Midway Plaza! I’d rather spend my money with someone who is friendly, smiles and appreciates me as a customer visiting their establishment. If not, NEXT!
There was no dispute, disagreement or concern on our end. All we did was place our order, asked if we could pay separately. This was definitely not service with a smile!
Update: Pizza flavor was ok, not enough though.

Cody and Jen are the most amazing people there at Midway Shopping Center in Wilmington, Delaware. They remember my name and engage in conversation with me. They are wasting their time there. Believe me, they need both of them to go up higher in the company. I would hate to see them go, but their that amazing to deserve better

We ordered delivery last night. We got our normal, Large Cheese Pizza, small pepperoni, cinnamon bites, and a kids tender meal. Now the pizza was good, the way our family likes it, our delivery driver was nice and made sure we had everything. The cinnamon bites were top tier. Only downside was that my sister who ate the chicken tenders was up with food poisoning at 3 am today. Not sure if we had just got a bad batch of chicken, but please check and make sure you’re cooking the chicken all the way through before serving!!

Just picked up an x-large 2 toppings pizza from this place for the first ever time (and last time!). And what a disappointment! I reached there exactly at the specified pickup time, and got home in about 4 minutes after and to my surprise the pizza was hardly warm, and tasted stale! The toppings were spread ridiculously sparsely, and the tomato sauce was absurdly sweet. It was the worst tasting pizza I’ve ever eaten! Save yourself and go somewhere else.

We have dined here many times as well as ordered for delivery. Ordering by phone is quick and easy. Everyone we’ve encountered by phone has been courteous, patient and efficient while taking our orders. Delivery is always quicker than what the order taker tells us. If we ask for a repeat of the order just to be sure they have it correct they’re only too glad to oblige. Delivery folks are very friendly and never seem to be rushed.

I’ve ordered from here for years but tonight was a enough to give a bad review. Ordered 2 cheese pizzas. One regular cheese. One light sauce extra cheese. When I tell you both had a terrible red ring 1.5 inches each. No cheese to the crust and neither had extra cheese. Manager told me the one with extra cheese should have an extra glob of sauce on top. Where does that make sense for light sauce? Neither had “the glob”. I work in pizza and I would never send this to a customer. Remake before even sending out.

Usually the food’s good and so is the service today I ordered online and paid for everything on my card so my instructions were to leave the food on the front porch and ring the doorbell that way we didn’t have to have contact with the delivery driver usually they text message you that it’s on its way and once it’s been delivered and then ring the doorbell once they leave it on the step today I got no text messages I got no doorbell ring they just left my food sitting outside until I decided to go out just to check and by the time I got there my pizza was covered in ants I had bugs all over the place and then when I called them took the pizza back to the store the delivery driver lied said he rang the doorbell which one is a complete lie I have dogs that hate the doorbell they rang the doorbell everybody in the neighborhood would have known and then the people at the store didn’t really do anything other than make us a new pizza so the tip that I gave for the convenience of it coming to my house and the delivery fee and all that stuff didn’t get reimbursed on the pizza all I was reimbursed was of the delivery fee since I had to come out to them wait another 20 minutes for a new pizza to be made and then go back home on my own time what was convenient about that?

This is the saddest $11 chicken cheesesteak I’ve ever seen. One chopped up chicken breast. I called to figure out what happened to the rest of my cheesesteak and the manager told me that’s how it is and too bad. Absolute trash, sub, burger and pizza all fell right in line with this. Wild to think with so many places around here they would take such an awful stance on customer service. Luckily I have plenty of other options to order my dinner for my family in the future.
