First time ordering from this restaurant and it was just ok. This place would be last resort if I had literally no other choices. The staff was really nice and prompt upon entry during pick up.
We ordered two turkey hoagies. My order was incorrect. I asked for lettuce, sweet peppers, and pickles. They gave me hot peppers instead, oil, salt, and pepper. The body of the hoagies were small. They gave us paper thin pickles and a sprinkle of letters. The presentation was one step above WaWa presentation of a hoagie. We all know WaWa hoagies be sad looking on all levels.
I may try their pizza in the future but the hoagies are not it.

It’s been years since we’ve eaten at Seasons Pizza. After getting a taste of the NY style pizza, we aren’t sure why. The pizza was so flavorful and we loved the crust. Great customer service and our order was ready when hubby arrived for pickup. We’ve been searching for a great pizza/sub shop. We will definitely be back and not for just pizza.

Do not order from this store on the weekends via Door Dash. This is my 3rd or 4th instance where no quality oversight is in place for Door Dash food orders. Items are often missing, made incorrectly, and issues with delivery times and tracking. Little if no managerial oversight is provided to ensure quality service and delivery of correct items in a timely manner. When disputes are raised with service, quality, and freshness of items, it is apparent the staff has no control or knowledge over their door dash system and how it operates and little focus on customer satisfaction for mobile orders.

Seasons pizza in Elsmere Delaware has the best foods I frequently order the Waldorf Salad. The customer service when ordering via telephone and in person is extremely pleasant and courteous. I would definitely advise you to visit that location you will not be disappointed! To the staff there , keep up the good work

Ive been eating here a long time and just recently started getting smaller portions and no extra cheese when ordering krazy fries the last five orders. On top of that i got BAD indigestion and diahrea after eating seasal bites they sold me as an extra over the phone for 5 dollars. Ive never been sold anything extra like that over the phone and ive never been sick from anything made there until this time.

I love their crabcakes. I wouldve given three stars but the fact that they gave me all drums IS SICKENING!!!! I prefer flats but I try not to be picky so I dont ask for all flats because usually its half and half but to give me all drums REALLY PIST ME OFF!!! And they are hugeeeee like dinosaur legs. I thought I was getting regular size wings.I threw them away. Please never give a customer one wing type I never had a restaurant do this before. It may be small to some but that really upset me because I tolerate drums and prefer flats.

Excellent! Super friendly service. Best tasting pizza. Great rolls. Lots more, big menu. Go there, you won’t be disappointed. We were the very first customers since they opened the doors after the recent remodel, that’s why it was empty, people started showing up for dinner after I took the pics. The place looks very nice.

Variety of food on the menu including pizza, salads and sandwiches. Good but not great. I had a chopped salad and the bacon tasted tough like it had been frozen then reconstituted. The portion was limited too. My friend’s gyro was tasty and fresh. Waitress was friendly and helpful. This is a good alternative to the Golden Arches.
