The wings were delicious excellent size and great flavors…. The pizza was way overcooked and they all tasted weird… But I would definitely go back for the wings they were amazing and cooked perfectly just would go to another location for the pizza

The girl that cashed me out today is amazing!!! The transaction was at 11:30 today. There are a lot of things going on in my life and while I was trying to pay for my order I found fraud on my account. They left me with less than enough to cover my order. Of course I start crying because I’m already overwhelmed. She was more than helpful. I am sure she will know who I am once she hears about this. And I hope she gets recognition for this. I wish I would have gotten her name. I was in a frenzy trying to get my banks phone number. Thank you so much for your help!! I will be back to personally thank you as well.

This place won’t be in business much longer and nor do they care. Went in to order a pizza at the counter. Waited 5 minutes or so with multiple employees looking at me and walking past me without a single acknowledgment. What if I was picking up an order? What a waste of time. There are PLENTY of other businesses that will gladly help you. Keep driving past Seasons. They clearly don’t need or want your business.

This pizza was an absolute rip off. We were visiting Wilmington and looking for something quick to be delivered. We stumbled across Seasons Pizza and thought we would give it a try. The cost for what we got was astronomical. $2.49 per topping for a medium pan pizza (ordered through Uber Eats – so they added $0.80 to the cost of each regular topping), you’d expect to see the pizza covered in it. There was barely a full mushroom on the entire pizza. Taste was bland and I could have probably gotten a better pizza from a gas station.

I used a Season’s Pizza gift card to buy a pizza, they charged me a percent fee to use that gift card. That is outright fraud! 2 locations, Maryland Ave and Elsmere. I refused to pay that fee, Elsmere removed it, but Maryland Ave wouldn’t, so he gave me my money back from the gift card. I never ever heard of being charged a fee for using their own branded gift card. I will never ever go to a Season’s Pizza again. Season’s pizza is OK, Pat’s is much better. Lost customer for good.

I usually order from this location. I placed an online order for a large pizza and seaso bites. They sent a dasher which I tipped $10.00 and dropped the wrong order at my door. When I called Seasons they said they’ll send my order right out. Never got my food. Scammed me out of $36.00. I’ll never order again.

My mother and I arrived today in the afternoon for lunch and waited for hostess to showed us the table which they didn’t because there were NO HELP AT ALL!!! it’s absolutely UNRESPECTFUL to see the customers when they arrived and served them to be welcome in. Edit: I went last night to get another and it was terrible, to say the least… Crab cakes filled with breading and barely any crab… Pizza was undercooked. I called about my crab cakes and was told to come the next day for a replacement and honestly it was no better. It’s a no for me now!!!
